GREAT location, great communication with the host, super-clean, well appointed, and well stocked. Having the beach just steps away is soooo nice. Love the added perk of an outdoor shower…keeps the sand out of the house. We would love to return for another stay.Diane L., Aston, PA

We took a late season break and booked Jennifer’s lovely beach house for a week. We loved it. It was the perfect amount of space for us. The living room was well appointed and comfortable and the view was beautiful. Just steps to the beach with a coffee to watch the sunrise, or sit outside and stargaze. We also loved the peace and quiet. Good eats are a short drive away in Milford, and the kitchen has everything you could want to cook a meal at home. We’ll be back, highly recommend this stay for relaxing beach visit.

The pictures do not do this property justice. Everything is sparkling clean, the owner is very accessible and crystal clear in her instructions, the beach is enjoyable, the neighbors are friendly. The house is very well stocked with everything one would need to cook and we did a lot of cooking. The town of Milford is nearby and very fun with the farmers market, galleries, shops and eateries. Highly recommend My Sister‘s Fault for excellent Puerto Rican food.

This home is even better than the pictures! Very clean, modern, comfy beds and furniture. My family enjoyed the privacy of the beach, swimming and floating during high tide and exploring the various marine life. Check in was easy and the host had excellent communication!

We love this place! We rose early each morning to watch the sunrise, listen to the seagulls and looking at the beautiful bay. A little slice of heaven on Earth!

Perfect Mother's day getaway

This property was perfect, steps to the beach, kitchen is well equipped, every chair and all the beds are comfortable. Everything is clean indoors and out.

Perfect getaway!

Clean, well maintained, well equipped, all the comforts of home, plus the beautiful view of the bay. Quiet, yet not far from the hustle and bustle of tourist places and great dining. We had a great time and plan on returning.

Perfect Getaway

This is our second stay at this property and it was as perfect as the first time. Unfortunately our stay was cut short by unforeseen events, but the place is just so cozy and inviting.

Completely Modernized Interior with Spectacular Picture Window Views of Delaware Bay.

This property was just recently remodeled and furnished. Very comfortable for a family of four. Terrific beach access and friendly neighbors. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

Great views with great beach house.

The property manager was excellent, the beach house was beautiful and had everything a family would need to enjoy their visit. The views off the beach were beautiful. I would recommend this beach house. It was relaxing and enjoyable.

Absolutely Amazing

This place was absolutely amazing. My boys loved all the sea life they were able to see and explore. They flipped over so many horseshoe crabs. Jennifer was amazing at responding to any questions we had prior to our stay and while we were there. We will definitely be back!
