Beautiful, completely restored 3 bedroom 2.5 bath in Downtown Milton. Originally built in 1820.
Dogfish Head Brewery is a 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park are approximately 20 minutes away.
This home features, a huge soaking tube in the master bath, 2 screened in porches, a large private backyard with plenty of parking. Enjoy corn hole and ping pong while sipping on your favorite beverage.
The living area has a large sectional couch, gas fireplace and 55 inch Smart TV and Apple TV.
The kitchen features a gas commercial cooking range and granite countertops with sky lights and exposed beams.
The side deck is ideal for grilling on the Webber Baby Q Grill.
There are also 3 bikes, a 2 person kayak, and beach chairs available for your use. Great kayaking is less than a mile away.
There is also great Bass fishing at Wagamonds Pond, which is a 5 minute walk.
By summers end I should have a cozy fire pit area completed.

This was our second stay and we loved it just as much! Huge bonus for us to have a dog friendly property within walking distance of good restaurants. Clean and well maintained home; communication is stellar. Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed our time there. It's walking distance to downtown Milton. Plenty of space, historical charm with modern conveniences like AC. Well stocked kitchen. Upstairs shower was a bit small. Owner was easy to communicate with and gave recommendations on local food spots.

This quaint historic house was a good choice for our family girls' get-together. It was quite relaxing and yet there was so much to see and do within walking distance. Just perfect!

Excellent Stay in Milton

The house is beautiful and on a quiet street within waking distance of restaurants, bars, and Dogfish Head Brewery. Highly recommend and we will stay there again next time we're in the area.

Liked the way the house was decorated. Enjoyed hanging out in the large room at back of house and the screened in porch. Great small town to walk around - good restaurants, brewery, home made ice cream store. Side walks made it easy to walk our dog. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of areas to walk to. Was a great spot for our annual golf trip with multiple courses and dogfish head right down the street.

We love this place: have stayed there twice and hope to do so again. It's in a lovely small town near our family and not too far from the beach.

Great stay in Milton

The family and I loved the house and town. Very good access to Lewes and Rehoboth beaches, both about 30 minute drives. Walking access to stores and restaurants in Milton, as well as the riverfront park, where i caught a nice largemouth bass. We'd love to return

Great location in the heart of Milton.

John was very easy to communicate with and ensured our stay was great. We had a great Christmas, spending the week here. It was pretty cool seeing the historical home and updates.
