Spacious 1050 sq. ft. luxury 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom upstairs apartment in the exclusive Wiesshorn section, located less than 1/2 mile from the town. At the end of the street (200 feet) avail of the local bus to bring you in to town or to the ski lifts!

It is fitted with an open plan kitchen with kitchen counter seating, a dining area that seats six. Living room includes a gas fireplace, comfortable couch, two leather arm chairs, a 32'' plasma HDTV..

The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably, with a king size bedroom, queen bedroom and queen sofa sleeper of hotel quality for maximum comfort, each has a private bathroom & TV in both bedroom.

Just off the kitchen, enjoy some relaxing time on the deck equipped with a BBQ grill, new 8 person hot tub, patio table & chairs.

Other features... Wifi accessible, washer/dryer, heated garage with parking for one car. Access apartment via private outdoor deck or indoor stairs in main entryway.

Great location close to downtown and other points of interest in a great neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked for utensils, and had comfortable beds.

The apartment was located in a quite residential street, comfortable, plenty of room, nice living room space, kitchen (fully equipped), 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Dog friendly. Host is accessible in case of questions. Nice outdoor porch with private hot tub, gas grill. Indoor garage, space for storing bikes. Private, felt like home. Beautiful location, 1/4 mile from pine woods with paths for hiking, walking, dog walking. Gorgeous views. Half-a- mile walk from Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the most incredible time! Everything from the decor to the hot tub was perfect. An added bonus was coming home from a long day on the slopes to a beautiful Christmas Tree in the foyer and a festive holiday swag on the door! We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you so very much!

We love staying at this lovely pet friendly Breckenridge home. It’s spotlessly clean, comfortable and has every amenity we need. After a day skiing we so enjoy getting “home” where we can relax in the hot tub or enjoy a quiet night in watching a movie. The home is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the FreeRide bus stop to the Breckenridge Gondola or town. If driving, the home offers a parking space in the garage. The homeowners provide full check in details well in advance of arrival and are committed to ensuring that you have an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

The BEST!

A group of friends stayed here for a ski trip over a long weekend and loved it! They stay was perfect, location was great, and the hot tub was the icing on top of the cake!

Excellent place to stay close to skiing and town

Norma’s 2 bedroom garage apartment was very spacious and private as the unit is above a 3 car garage so you don’t have any neighbors above or below. We really enjoyed the private hot tub and the garage parking plus additional space in front of garage was wonderful.

Quality apt private and convenient

Great 2 bedroom apt with private hot tub and grill. Comfortable furniture and beds, well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again.
