We enjoyed our week long family vacation at Eden 4. The home met all of our expectations (clean, great floor plan, pool and pool table). Communication with property manager was quick and easy. If we plan to visit the Bonita Springs area again, would definitely choose this property for our next stay.

Wonderfully renovated home with a nice clean pool and all the thoughtful kitchen needs. Easy check-in and very convenient to shopping and activities.

Very nicely newly renovated house with large pool on a lake with nice sunsets. Ideal location. Kitchen fully equipped. Great communication with the host. We can highly recommend this rental.

This property is such a gem! It has a beautiful view and a relaxing pool area. The home decor is modern and tasteful - we felt right at home! There are lots of ammenities in the kitchen, and having laundry appliances available was super helpful. It was also nice to be able to park in the garage to keep the rental car cool during the heat. The hosts are extremely nice and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely vacation here again.

This is a beautiful property. Great view over the lake and so much more. immaculate presentation and lovely layout, ideal for 2 couples. All amenities provided and everything thought of from bottle opener to beach chairs and bicycles (and helmets!) the communication from the agent was brilliant. Always available, nothing ever too much trouble to just support and they seem to take a genuine interest in you having a good time without being overbearing. Location to beaches, US41 and I95 means you can get anywhere in no time. Would strongly recommend you try out J Alexanders' restaurant on the US41 too! brilliant and already planning when to return!

This is a beautiful property. The amenities are great from the pool the Floaties for the pool furniture out by the pool. We loved hanging out in the mornings in the evenings outside. We had beach chairs we had beach towels. The property was immaculate felt very clean as we walked in beautiful view at the back with the lake as the backdrop to the property I’d recommend staying here the kitchen had everything we needed and I would come back. We even had fun playing pool.

This house does not miss a thing. Everything in perfect order. Quiet neighborhood 3-4 miles from the beach. Pool was perfect. My sons had a great time playing billiards with grandpa. Bikes, helmets, beach stuff, all there. 10/10

We had a great 11 day stay at this house. Zuzana was always fast on responding to any of our needs. House is really excellent. Having a pool table provided for some fun time with me and the kids while indoors. Outdoor pool was really large and well maintained. Thanks to George who left his fishing gear I was able to catch fish in the lake behind the house as well. Lots of great and almost zero crowded beach spots near the house. Publix is a minute away, as well as Dairy Queen, which kids loved.
