The house was perfect for our family. The house is as pictured. We enjoyed the outdoor areas for relaxing and cooking. We rented the golf cart, which was a plus hauling items to the beach, although the walk wasn't bad at all, about a 3 minute walk. The kitchen was stocked with all you could need. The host, Jon, was super nice and responded to my questions right away. We would stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone, short walk to the beach, hot tub was a big plus, and we did a lot of grilling downstairs and cooking in the kitchen! The host was easy to communicate with and even went out of his way to get us another outside trashcan because the other one was completely full and trash pickup wasn’t for a few days. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect place for our annual family summer vacation. The kids enjoyed each having their own room. We really appreciated having the golf cart even though it was such a short walk to the beach. We also appreciated that we were able to bring our dogs & the fenced in yard was perfect for them. The owner was very nice & helpful. It's a shame the oven wasn't working, but it didn't stop us from making some awesome food. We'll be back!

The property is in a great location. The host will call you and if you need anything at all he is very good at responding. The house is perfect. Everything inside is clean. The outside is great for sitting or entertaining friends or family. I'll definitely be staying here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Jon was wonderful and easy to get a hold of when we had any questions before and during our stay. The house had everything that we needed and you can tell the owners truly care about their guests by all the little extra items that were provided. We had wonderful family time and the beach being so close was great! Highly recommend booking this place and we hope to come back soon!

We had a great family stay here! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, which made it so convenient for our family of five to enjoy time by the water.We really liked the layout of the home and found the accommodations comfortable and well-suited for our family. The golf cart was such a fun bonus—we loved cruising the beach and changing out the fun, quirky flags along the way.The host was an excellent communicator and very helpful, even sharing great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Port Bolivar.

The house was very nice and well equipped. We did not spend too much time at the house because we were in Crystal Beach for a wedding at another beach house nearby. Most of our meals and activities were at the other house so we basically slept and showered here. However I would consider returning to this property in the future. It had easy access to the beach and a decent view of the Gulf. I really liked the cozy screened porch to have my morning coffee. If you are someone who likes to party the under house area has a great tiki bar set up. Somehow the VRBO app did not send the check-in instructions ahead of time, but the host agreed to communicate with me directly to make sure we did not have problems when we arrived. We discovered the internet had been knocked out due to a storm that passed thru the day before we got there. The TV service is all streaming so we could not watch anything or connect our devices. The host was very accessible and worked very hard to get someone to come to the house to reset the equipment. When that did not work, he paid a fee for the internet provider to expedite repairing the service. He also allowed us to use the golf cart at no cost for the inconvenience. We appreciated that he went the extra mile to make our stay as best as possible. I would recommend this property for a nice vacation at Crystal Beach.

We had issues from the very beginning. Keypads didn’t work, lockbox with multiple keys and keyrings for various doors. House inside had been cleaned but patio-bar area-outdoor toilet were sorely neglected. Called owner for housekeeping to return and clean. Hot tub was out of commission and filthy. Septic system was full (light was on), outside toilet would not flush. No binder/folder at house with WiFi password, had to call owner again. The pics posted on VRBO should be what you get but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. The list goes on… I have stayed at several rentals and have never had so much trouble.

The host Jon was absolutely amazing. The house is exactly like posted but better in person. It was dog friendly. Had a fence in area for dogs and our grandson. Super close to beach you can drive on beach. The walk to beach is like 2 blocks but super peaceful and nice. Definitely will rent the house again. Thank you our super Host Jon.
