Each bedroom you have your own TV. We have all smart TV's inside of the home for you to enjoy! Feel free to login to your favorite streaming devices.

Based on NC laws and commissions, we are required to send a rental agreement for you to sign after booking with us.

For all of our fellow parents traveling with their babies, we have a pack n' play with a thicker mattress inside of it and high chair available at the house for you. No need to stress about bringing your own!

Game Room Galore: Our garage has been converted into a game room for you to enjoy! Challenge your friends to a game of pool or ping pong in the garage converted game room, designed for endless fun and friendly competition! There is also a TV in here for entertainment.
Giant Checkers: Bring your competitive spirit outdoors with our giant checkers set—perfect for all ages!

Spacious Living Areas: The open-concept design features comfortable seating and a large dining table, ideal for sharing meals and creating unforgettable memories. Our home has two living rooms. The main level floor has the large cozy sectional overlooking the dining area and kitchen.

The lower level living room has another cozy sectional with a pull out sleeper sofa. There is also a Keurig downstairs and a wine fridge! Perfect for larger families.

Prime Location: Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, yet just a short drive from local attractions, shopping, and dining.

We welcome your furry friends! There is a pet fee of $25 per night, per pet. If you’re unsure about bringing your pet at the time of booking, we can apply the charge once you’ve made your decision. If you know you’ll be bringing your pets, please include them in your reservation so that the fee will be automatically applied.


Please note the indoor fireplace is inoperable. However, there are some remote candles placed inside for the ambiance.

We are located 15 minutes from the Asheville Airport!

VERY IMPORTANT:

If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced or other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:

No parties or events allowed. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500 and will need to leave if this happens.

Examples:

Booking a stay with 3 people and then inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.

Booking a stay with 4 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.

While we love animals we require a $25 per night pet fee for additional cleaning and wear and tear. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet at the time if booking. If undisclosed animals are brought there will be a $100 per night charge added to the stay. Dogs are never allowed in the hot tub. If there is pet hair found in the hot tub, there will be a $300 charge for our hot tub company to drain and refill.

Absolutley NO PETS are allowed inside of the hot tub or the pool for any reason. If pet hair is found in these areas, an additional charge will be made for additional cleaning needed from our pool company.
