Welcome to Grandma’s House — a charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath retreat in Roanoke, VA! Nestled on 1.3 private acres, this cozy home offers easy access to US-220 and all the best of Roanoke. Explore local shops, breweries, and restaurants just minutes away, or head to the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway for stunning views and outdoor adventures. Perfect for families or a couple getaway, Grandma’s House blends classic comfort with a convenient location in Virginia’s scenic Blue Ridge region.
House Rules
1. All trash placed in the Roanoke County bin must be bagged. They will not take the trash if it is not bagged. If you put loose trash or dog poop in the Roanoke County bin, I have to scoop it out by hand!
2. Please do not open the windows.
3. You are free to use the back and side yard. Please do not cross the gravel drive behind the house as that property is “The Farm” and is a separate rental.
Pet Rules
1. No pets that are not housebroken.
2. You must use a crate for your dog if you leave them inside unattended.
3. Please note that the rest of the property is large, unfenced and there is abundant wildlife. Please be careful with your dog off-leash if they have a tendency to chase animals or run off.
4. Your pet fee covers the expected extra cleaning that comes with pets, but does not cover urine clean up or other damage.
