The house was mostly clean. There is ample parking space, can easily walk to the beach, and lots of sleeping spaces available. One of the bunk beds had sand in the sheets but other than that the house was pretty perfect (extra clean sheets are provided). One thing to keep in mind is the street would sometimes flood in the evenings and some roads may be temporarily closed. For cars the water gets a bit high when it does but trucks should be fine. Overall had a very good experience!

Jan’s Joy is a Jewel at Carolina Beach

We had the best experience with our family at Carolina Beach! Our family and pup loved staying at Jan’s Joy! We had wonderful communication with Bullard Realty and they addressed any concerns we had during the week! It’s been our best vacation spot to date!

Great house to make family memories

What a great place to spend with family. The house was perfect for 6 adults and three kids with ample parking. Was walking distance to the beach. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for low key and quiet area. Our two pets enjoyed it to!

Blessed Thanksgiving

Our time together at this place was so comfortable and welcoming. Easy to settle in and relax. Just the size needed for our family of 5 adults and an 11 year old.

The house was in a great location to the beach. It was very clean. The house could use some updates for example. The refrigerator needs a new strip around door and freezer drips into bottom part. Shower heads and knobs could use an update all were very old and hard to turn off. The property did have some things in kitchen, it would've been nice to have e a bit more amenities in kitchen. The furniture in living room could be more comfortable. A longer hose under house in parking are would be a little more handy. The outside shower was a nice bonus. Having the towels and sheets included was a SUPER nice amenity. The trash and recycling bin could use a spraying of disinfection and cleaning. The bugs and smell were pretty bad.
