Close to the beach, the pool was a plus. Inside was clean. The owner, Steve came over quickly when we called about a leak in the game room.The decking and stairs are a bit worn.Overall we enjoyed the house and location.

Pet friendly. Good location. Good parking. It was our first winter visit to CB and we found it very peaceful and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. It’s right across the street from the ocean, which made getting to the beach incredibly easy. They were kind enough to allow my dog, and the fully fenced backyard was perfect for him to run and relax safely. It was very clean. The private pool was a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive to anything we needed, and it made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. I strongly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and we will definitely be renting it again in the future.

Fun getaway

Great location with an easy stroll to the beach. The pool in back was nice and a convenient way to enjoy the water when the waves on the beach got too big.

Overall a great stay. A little farther from boardwalk than I would have liked but prefect for relaxing and the pool was awesome for everyone

This property was perfect for us and our two small dogs. The house was very clean and the pool and fenced in backyard were excellent.

Great location!

A few hiccups on our first day, but property mgmt was great to deal with. Otherwise, a great stay! The fully fenced backyard was a lifesaver for us with our pup.

Great location and dog-friendly stay!We stayed for 4 nights with our family and dog, and overall had a wonderful time. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beach access was super convenient—right across the street—and the fenced backyard was perfect for letting our dog run around safely.There are a couple of areas that could use some attention: the guest room mattress was very thin, and you could feel the bed frame underneath, which made it uncomfortable. Also, the flag on the flagpole was torn and could use replacing.Despite those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

Needs some work

House was ok. Definitely needs some work. Rug in living room is worn and curled up. Could be a fall hazard. Porch and stairs have rotten boards. Was clean and good location.

Hi Charlene! Thanks for staying with us. The rug was recently carpet cleaned but the sides do tend to curl up from the original purchase of it being rolled up. The deck has been fixed - the few boards and holes have been replaced. Thanks for staying again and hope you stay with us another time!

Never made it...

We didn't make it to our dream vacation - the one we'd been waiting years for! Kip became very ill, very quickly the weekend of arrival...and now He's with the Lord. 😥🙏

Memorial Day Weekend

This rental is just as stated in description. Kitchen is very well stocked with supplies. Could use more glasses and small glasses. Kids loved the pool despite the water being 59-60 degrees. As you can guess Adults didn’t swim but enjoyed sitting on pool deck. It down poured and was very windy on Saturday but we did in door activities such as aquarium and in door Fun Park. Sunday was a better day but still windy but went to beach. We were able to walk across the street and we were there. Strong under tow so couldn’t swim but the water was cold. Kids loved playing in the sand and adults enjoyed just being at the beach without rain. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Living room TV broke but Madeline from Carolina Retreat Really was right on n it. Steve can by and did an AWESOME job and even unclogged a bathroom drain while there. Game room and washer dryer not connected to inside house as stated. It would be a nice touch to the place if that room could be connected. Family of 5 - 3 adults and 2 kids, ages 5&9. It was great and would ❤️ to come back.

Great Place for summer fun

Had a great time in Carolina beach. The house was right next to the beach and had a pool for us to cool down as well. Kids had a ton of fun in the pool and the game room was an added bonus

Family Get-away

Property was perfect for family vacation with several sleeping options, large fenced in backyard with oversized above ground pool. Loved the large front porch. And the downstairs room was a great place to squeeze in workouts. The beach access was only a short walking distance away. A mile and 1/2 away you could find several restaurants and shopping options.
