We have stay at this property a number of times. Although it is an older property, it is the perfect place to enjoy Hendersonville. We brought our grandkids for the first time and they enjoyed walking the property and the tether ball in the back of the house. So much that my 8 year old granddaughter insisted on playing one last time at night during the remnants of a hurricane. Can’t wait to go back.

This is an older house but has so much charm. We all agreed it reminded us of our grandparents home. Very very well stocked with everything we needed and more, even for our dogs. Lots of room inside and out. Very quiet and we all loved the apple orchard and Mountain View. Perfect location. Will definitely use again.

Wonderful weekend for the third year in a row! Thank you, for sharing your home with us. We’re already figuring out our dates for next year, but we will be adding another night. Two nights just aren’t enough. This house is so well stocked, you don’t need to bring a thing but your clothes. It’s like home away from home!

The property was exactly as described, Very clean, comfortable beds, in a good location and easy check in. It was nice having the trails around the property to walk the dog. What a nice surprise…we came back from being out and saw boxes on the porch. The host left us a message saying we could pick apples from the orchard to take home! Lovely touch! We would definitely come back to this property

Dunkin was an absolute great host. Have stayed at numerous VRBO or AIRNB rentals and this was the cleanest house I have ever rented. Check in was super easy and house is one of my favorite prosperities ever. Very unique with the big windows to take in the views. Was great for entertaining family that came to visit us. If you have dogs it is a great place, plenty of room to let them out. Without a doubt this will be mu families go to place when visiting Hendersonville.

The lovely home was well take care of and was sparkling clean. The description was accurate and the view of the ridge top of the apple orchard was gorgeous. There were multiple walking trails around the working orchard -- how nice it must be in apple season. We had a comfortable king bed, nice linens and pillows and extra of everything. The hosts could not have been more accommodating (and we own a vacation rental as well so we know the ropes). We loved having 2 large dining tables and multiple sitting areas with solid, comfortable upholstered furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.We would definitely visit again.

First trip to Hendersonville

The house is much bigger than you would think being that it is around 70 years old. Plenty of room for my family and the grounds were beautiful. Will definitely stay here again when we travel here again.

Hendersonville heaven!

Really lovely property great for a family stay and very responsive host. Love the view, convenient location to downtown Hendersonville, nice to have three king bedrooms for couples. Very well stocked kitchen, which was great for meals.Alli our contact was so helpful and responsive!Highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again if we get back there!

Great stay

The little ranch farmhouse was perfect for our group. We hike the trails with the pups, enjoyed sunsets with the long-range Mountain View’s, and were able to truly relax. It was a great “homemade” for outing ing Asheville / Biltmore / Hendersonville.

Easy to find but hidden from view of road traffic Apple orchard and view of mountains and trails in woods welcoming and so relaxing. Great place for quiet and convenient to shopping and sirport

Nice and relaxing accommodations in a quiet, private setting. Very comfortable bedrooms and baths. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. We have stayed here twice and we'll be back again!

Great location!! The house was Awesome. Plenty of room and the layout was perfect. We enjoyed the orchard on the property and the granddaughters loved it. I will definitely stay again!!!

Perfect family getaway

Owner communicated well from the time of booking and that continued during our stay. The home was perfect for our family to get together and have plenty of room for board games, puzzles, cooking, and eating. We enjoyed the porches and walks around the orchard. We may make this a yearly New Years tradition!

Family gathering

Beautiful setting with a peaceful view of a apple orchard. Plenty of room both inside and outside on the patio for family gatherings. Everything we needed was there. This is our second time at this home and we'll be back!

Holiday week

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the property! Everything was as advertised, and the hosts were very responsive. The bedrooms were all away from a very comfortable living room which afforded privacy for anyone wanting to turn in early. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking tools and the dining area comfortably fit our group of seven adults. We loved the trip, and we will definitely rent this property again. JD

Quiet, secluded, comfortable

Great spot to escape the summer heat in the mountains. Everything was as pictured and described. Alli went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and inquiries. Loved the 3 season porch and generously furnished dining room. Will rent again if in the Hendersonville / Ashville area.

A wonderful experience!

Right away we felt welcomed. The house is clean, comfortable, well appointed, spacious and close to all the places we planned to visit. Morning coffee on the patio was especially nice. We enjoyed walking the trails on the property. My Golden Retriever had the best time exploring the expansive yard. Even he was sad to leave. And the view was just marvelous. Definitely will book another stay!
