Spectacular Home Near Zion with Pool and Hot Tub

This amazing home is located 10 minutes from the west entrance to Zion National Park and 30 minutes from St. George, Utah. The home is located in Virgin, Utah in a new development---Sierra Bella Estates. The home was featured in the Washington County 2010 Parade of Homes.

The development borders BLM land so there are plenty of trails for mountain biking, hiking and riding ATVs literally in your back yard. World-class mountain biking trails, like Gooseberry Mesa, are only minutes away. Other activities only minutes away, include over a dozen golf courses, Zion National Park, horse back riding, boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing, and outdoor theater. After a fun day of activities, you can relax in the pool and large hot tub, and enjoy the majestic scenery and star-filled nights.

Other notable attractions in the area, include: Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon, and Lake Powel which are all within a two hour drive.

The variety of outdoor activities, the peace and quiet of the area, and the beautiful scenery will keep you coming back to enjoy this unique Southern Utah getaway.

Perfect home for relaxing

Perfect location!

This house offered privacy and amenities galore! So close to Zion but yet away from the crowds near the park. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the pool!

Wow!!! What a wonderful home!!!

Our family loved this house. There was plenty of room for all- including a crib for the grandbaby. After a day of exploring Zion, Bryce or the Grand Canyon, the pool was a welcome reprieve! At night, the hot tub was also great. I would give this place the highest rating possible!Also- communication with the owner was quick and easy. We loved it!!

Great time exploring the parks

This was a great property for our family and friends vacation. We had a total of 8 people staying including 6 adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. The house was a great jumping off point to explore Zion and Bryce Canyon. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Nice pool &hot tub. Sufficient bedrooms. Hot time of year so less expensive. Stayed there 9 years ago. Could use updating. Not many changes. Worked for us.

Wonderful visit

We wanted to stay in a VRBO during our visit to Zion, given the high temperatures. We had been camping in Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon. Our stay was very enjoyable and fit the needs of our family.

Wonderful stay near Zion.

We were very happy with this spacious home in Virgin! Family of 5- sons ages 15-22. Short beautiful drive to Springdale or St George and surrounding communities makes it an ideal location. Drive over from Vegas was also easy drive. Comfortable beds, very clean, loved the pool. Had more kitchen gadgets and pots/pans than other homes we’ve rented. Very clean! Owner was responsive and helpful to questions I had before and during the stay. Could’ve used more towels but easy to wash and detergent was supplied. We spent most of our time just enjoying the home/pool and time together. Ate at nearby Balcony One and had great steaks and service with cute ambiance. Internet was good as I had a conference to live stream and had no issues with connection. Thank you!

Great stay!

Overall, great stay. Large house with plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Approximately 20 minute east drive from Zion National Park.

Everything we needed

Spacious home with beautiful view of Hurricane Mesa, and close to Zion National Park. After a day of exploring was a great place to come home to recharge.

Love this place!

Love this house. Has a great pool and Jacuzzi. Beds are comfy and the place is clean. Close to Zion so we just had a great family weekend. Highly recommend this house well worth the money.

Almost Heaven, Virgin Utah

This house is everything you see in the pictures and much, much more. We chose this well appointed house for its beauty and proximity to the National and State Parks. The grounds are impeccable, the pool and spa are clean and relaxing. If you want to be in the sun, or in the shade, this house has shady little nooks with lounge chairs and tables or in the sun on lounges around the pool. We enjoyed the wood burning fire pit at night. The beds are very comfortable. We stayed for 7 days and visited Zion NP (15 min away), Bryce Canyon NP, Snow Canyon SP, The beginning of the Grand Canyon, which is Marble Canyon Monument (Navajo Indian Bridge) over the Colorado River. With the exception of Zion, these other parks were an average of 1 1/2- 2 hours away and very doable for a day trip and get home in time for a dinner out at some very nice restaurants. We actually took a day or 2 off from our itinerary and enjoyed staying home to enjoy a day by the pool and some patio grill cooking. The setting and gorgeous views surrounding this house is like being in a National park, just stunning. Carol Hill (owner) made the transition in and out seamless. As you can see, I could go on and on about this beautiful home and location. We highly recommend this house and would certainly come back in a heartbeat. So long for now!

Conveniently located near Zion National park enjoyed the hot tub and the pool and the beds were comfortable WiFi and TV with Roku worked well The owner was helpful and quickly responsive to our questions

Super Great Experience for family of 5

We had a really great experience at the house. It was the perfect home base for our family. Carol was so responsive when we needed to change the heating times on the hot tub, it really made the trip. Thank you Carol! Heating the pool was totally worth it and thank you for the giant pool towels and lounge chairs. Codes always worked first time for security, thermostat was easy to use, extra garage fridge was nice for all the extra ice. Shower heads were good and there was no tedious cleaning rules for when we left. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location for travel to Zion

This was a mother, daughter, son trip to hike the narrows and angels landing. There were 7 of us. 3 mothers, 2 daughters and 2 sons. It was roughly 20min drive to the park and the town of Springdale. We rented dry suits in Springdale and made our way into the park easily. We had brought our groceries so the kitchen made it easy for cooking meals and preparing lunches. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was lovely. There were plenty of dishes, appliances etc for any meal. There were some spices and a keurig as well as a regular coffee pot with filters. The laundry room had washing soap. It really was an excellent stay and if I ever need a place to stay when traveling to Zion, Bryce or St. George this will be my go to place. Very easy to find the location as it was just off the hwy to Zion and entry was made very easy into the house. Excellent Stay!!

We loved our time here! Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space, comfortable beds, great hot tub to relax in after days full of adventure. Communication with Carol was easy, and she was able to accommodate our needs. Would recommend to others and stay again ourselves!

We had this built for a Parade of Homes. We owned and developed the 50 acre subdivision. This is the only home inn the front is the community, and is so very quiet.

We love this home because we designed and had it built. We love the pool with the large hot tub, the fire log by the pool, etc. WE love where the home is located because you can see the stars on a clear night. There are currently no street lights in this little town.
