Spectacular Home Near Zion with Pool and Hot Tub

This amazing home is located 10 minutes from the west entrance to Zion National Park and 30 minutes from St. George, Utah. The home is located in Virgin, Utah in a new development---Sierra Bella Estates. The home was featured in the Washington County 2010 Parade of Homes.

The development borders BLM land so there are plenty of trails for mountain biking, hiking and riding ATVs literally in your back yard. World-class mountain biking trails, like Gooseberry Mesa, are only minutes away. Other activities only minutes away, include over a dozen golf courses, Zion National Park, horse back riding, boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing, and outdoor theater. After a fun day of activities, you can relax in the pool and large hot tub, and enjoy the majestic scenery and star-filled nights.

Other notable attractions in the area, include: Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon, and Lake Powel which are all within a two hour drive.

The variety of outdoor activities, the peace and quiet of the area, and the beautiful scenery will keep you coming back to enjoy this unique Southern Utah getaway.

Had a great visit. Great location to visit multiple National and State parks on day trips. Located in a small town but groceries, coffee shops and restaurants are only 10-15 minutes away. Would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful home and great proximity to Zion. The space was great for our fam of 12, the house is beautiful, and the outdoor space was well kept with a beautiful landscape. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay here! Huge home with plenty of rooms and beds! Very close to Zion and a quick drive to LaVerkin. The pool was amazing as well as the hot tub! We would definitely stay here again as a large family of 8!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful, clean, and has all the amenities of home. We are a multi-generational family group of 11, and the house fit our needs perfectly! The pool/spa is beautiful with gorgeous views. Highly recommend!

This house is absolutely stunning! My family and I loved the set up of the inside and outside. Such a homey feel to it and right next to the Zion entrance.

It was a wonderful location to Zion and other parks. We had three families and it worked great! Pool and hot tub were relaxing after day of hiking. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful! The check-in process was simple, and the home was exactly as advertised. There was a house book that contained all the information needed. The host also made lots of items available for the kitchen and pool area. The location of the house is perfect for visiting Zion National Park.

The home was wonderful for our group of 11 traveling to Zion. Home was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Easy convenient drive to Zion. I would choose this home again if traveling with big group.

Fantastic home for a group trip to Zion. Lots of room and privacy. Hot tub was temporarily broken but we were notified well in advance and ultimately compensated. Would definitely stay again.

Pool and hot tub were unusable due to renovations, but the host adjusted the price accordingly. Very clean, well stocked. Very easy checkout instructions, without unreasonable expectations of us as guests. Highly recommend staying here. Carol was a wonderful host!

We had this built for a Parade of Homes. We owned and developed the 50 acre subdivision. This is the only home inn the front is the community, and is so very quiet.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We love this home because we designed and had it built. We love the pool with the large hot tub, the fire log by the pool, etc. WE love where the home is located because you can see the stars on a clear night. There are currently no street lights in this little town.
