Overall, our stay was great! The apartment is very clean and its convenient location close to Subway allowed for easy commute to Manhattan and Brooklyn! Communication with the host was smooth. The area felt generally safe, however the street level location was a little noisy at night. The shower water was lukewarm throughout the stay, but did not bother us too much!

The place exceeded my expectations! It was clean and very close to the subway. It's worth mentioning that the neighborhood can be a little noisy, which could be an issue for light sleepers.Communication with Daniel was smooth and prompt throughout our stay. We encountered a few minor issues, but they were resolved right away, with Daniel always prioritizing our comfort and well-being.I would definitely check if this place is available the next time I travel to New York.

This was an oversight on our part, and we’ll be addressing it with our team. That said, we’re disappointed that this one issue appears to have represented the entire stay in a 2/10 rating. We certainly understand the frustration, but we hope the overall experience, accommodations, and service provided throughout the stay are also taken into consideration. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve our service moving forward.

The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, just as described! No complaints about that. However, the hosts' communication from the beginning was poor and vague. I had specifically asked about storing our luggage when we arrived early in the morning (before our check-in time) and in the afternoon (after we checked out). My decision on where to stay was based in large part on this, simply because we needed a place to store our luggage as our flight times didn't line up exactly with check in and check out times. The host, once he finally got back to me, told me "not to worry" and that this was a service they could provide. I asked a couple of times just to make sure. Long story short, it took almost two hours for the host to reply to my message once we arrived. I had to wait in a nearby coffee shop until I heard from him. Even then, they told me it wasn't a problem, but check-in wasn't until three. .. Almost like I had never asked them about it. On the day we left, even after almost 24 hours of trying to get a straight answer out of them, they told me I could store my luggage, but there would be a 50 fee! If they had told me about this from the beginning, I would have known and been happy to pay for the service, but they DID NOT. Not only that, but they asked for it in cash, and asked for it off the VRBO platform. At that point, I felt very uncertain about leaving my things, but had nothing else to do with them. Nice place, but won't do again.

While there was a minor glitch with checking in at 3, Daniel was very apologetic and made it all workout as quickly as he could. Overall, the property was great and Daniel was a great host! Would definitely stay here again!
