The place was great and exactly what was advertised. Location was very close to the subway which worked out well for us. Found some off the street parking nearby and neighborhood had some great night life options. How was super communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

It had everything we needed. Liked the space and the location very much. The window air conditioner in the bedroom was quite loud and effected my sleep, though I am a light sleeper to begin with. The blackout shades in the bedroom were awesome.

Thank you for your response, we never had anyone mentioned the air conditioner in that manner. Actually no complain about it. There is adjustments where you can have the fan faster and slower. We always let our guest if there is anything questions or concern to contact us. We did not hear from you.

Cozy spot located in a great area - lots of families, restaurants and very close to the 1 train... The kitchen has no conventional oven but the air fryer worked great! Host is extremely helpful and responds immediately to questions. I recommend this place highly!

Very nice place. Well appointed and clean. Very conveniently located close to the subway to get anywhere you want to go in Manhattan. You can tell that the owner really pays attention to the details. The unit had coffee, bottled water snd a nice bottle of wine here for us and I especially liked the bathroom and the towels. We will look to stay here again on our next trip to NYC.

A sweet place! Nicely put together with thoughtful consideration. Though small it really is perfect for one gal! Very comfortable. Super clean. Close to a subway. Very diverse neighborhood.

The home was quite nice and clean. It was just a short walk to the subway. Finding the unit was a little hard because it was described as being on the ground fl. To a newcoming that could mean go downstairs once you get in the bldg cause you have to walk up to the bldg. It is more accurately on the main level once inside the bldg. A few steps from the front door

It is a small condo but you have pretty much everything you need. All interior, kitchen, living room are clean and very well organized. Convenient location to a nearby subway station 2 min walk.

Had a great stay here! The unit was small but smartly laid out with lots of thoughtful touches like an extra charging cord by the bed, electric shades on the windows and a mouthwash dispenser in the bathroom! It was exceptionally clean and everything seemed brand new. The towels were extra large and thick, the bed was firm and the pillows were fluffy! The location was convienent to the ABCD subway lines, which were with in a blocks walk , and the one line which was uphill and a couple blocks up. Very easy access to whatever you need. The host was great when I had questions about the laundry, which was located in the basement and walked me through the app to use the machines. I would definitely stay here again!
