Had an absolute great stay.If you like to hang by the pool this is the perfect location. You can’t get any closer to the main pool. Would be great for a family that has kids that like to swim. The patio is just steps away from the pool where you can keep an eye on them as they swim. Eddie was a fantastic host, was easy to contact and answered any questions we may have had. We would gladly come back again.

Great property

Awesome location by the many beaches. The pool and playground areas are great if you have kids. The property was clean and well taken care of.

Good central location

Very nice - place just as expected from the photos . It was nice to stay in a quieter place just 25 minutes outside of San Juan with easy drive to hiking in the rainforest, kayaking , and snorkeling tours.

Very clean and close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean with a lot of amenities and the neighborhood is quiet. The walk to the private beach is about 5 minutes away and you can't beat having a pool with jacuzzi right in the back yard. I highly recommend this property.

fantastic for family vacation

Great beach week rental. Spotlessly clean, spacious, everything you need for a family on vacation including beach supplies. Ground level makes it very convenient and it's very close to one of the pools. Great location on the island. And Eddie is fantastic - great host who provided tons of useful information including, helpfully, places to eat on arrival and on the way back to the airport. Would stay there again.

Puerto rico trip

Inwas a little concerned in the beginning because of the neighborhood but since the resort was gated, I felt safe with my family. The apartment had everything we needed.

Great spot

The property was clean and inviting. They had chairs and beach equipment and even a wagon to take to the beach. Property owner was so friendly and they even had later a for when the power went out. I would definitely love to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful!!

The place was nice, loved having the pool right across from the back porch and loved the private beach. Eduardo and Davi were wonderful!! You won't be disappointed.

Beach and Relaxation

This was a super clean place, it had everything. A front and back deck, one of them faces a pool. Comfortable and spacious. The owner was super nice, responsive and attentive. I recommend this place to anyone and we’ll be staying here again.

Puerto Rico getaway

It was just as advertised and worked out well for us. The owner is very helpful and responsive to our questions. Wonderful breezes cooled the apt. Eduardo gave us a terrific Restaurant recommendation and made sure we were comfortable!

Birthday get away

We had a great time at the property. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our only issue was with the pools on the property; they were not clean and needed repairs. Otherwise, we will definitely use this property again. The owner was accommodating and provided us with quick responses. Awesome!

Very nice place for a family vacation

I stayed for 1 week with my family. We loved our stay! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We appreciated being on the ground floor, the beach is somewhat eroded, but still very enjoyable, clean warm water, practically a private beach. Our host Eduardo was awesome, always available to answer any questions. He answers instantly to our messages, very friendly and polite. We would definitely return here.

Very nice and clean property close to beach

The host is wonderful and very accommodating. The house is clean and has all needed for a week stay. Beach is walking distance and another larger one within 10-15 min drive and with free parking. Convenient drive to attractions and San Juan. There is also a supermarket with a pharmacy within walking distance. Gated community. Thank you

Amazing Location-Living like a local

Amazing location, perfect communication and responsiveness from owner, perfect size for my family, and great for anyone that wants to experience living like a local away from resorts and tourist traps. Was just what the family needed, must be comfortable traveling on your own and interested in a non touristy, low key local experience. Will need a car which is just what we wanted. Eduardo was very prompt and friendly in all communications.

Beautiful Loiza...

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo! It was so easy to get to and the manager was great communicating with us! We loved the private beach and the swing! This was a short drive to San Juan. We truly enjoyed restaurants and the nightlife!. It was a wonderful way to spend Mother's Day weekend! Apartment was very comfortable and it provided all necessary amenities. We felt secure in the property! You will not regret staying here!

Great experience

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this rental. The location made it easy to enjoy multiple beaches in Loiza, Pinones, and Loquillo. El Yunque and Fajardo offered different opportunities for excursions less than an hour away. The bioluminescent bay in Fajardo was worth the drive. We enjoyed being away from the city with extra space to spread out with two teens. Our kids were a little disappointed the jacuzzi wasn’t fully operational but otherwise everything was awesome. I definitely recommend.

Easy accimmodations

This condo was an easy home base for our adventures. Our only surprise was that the neighborhood was pretty run down. We felt completely safe, however, in the gated community. The location was conveniently about half way between San Juan and El Yunque. The host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly.

Very Relaxing

We had a great time and the condo was very comfortable. You can only swim at the gated beach during low tide. It’s very beautiful. There are plenty of beaches a short car ride to go to. Every restaurant we went to was delicious. The locals are super nice even if your Spanish is not great. The local pharmacist helped my mother with medication. Love Puerto Rico and will be back!

We enjoyed the 2 porches. But the beach at the property barely existed due to erosion and poor maintenance. It was spacious enough for 3, but could have used dressers. Was glad for the bug spray provided for the ants.

Laurie; I am sorry that you have not been able to fully enjoy our beach; Unfortunately, your stay coincided with the high tides from the North that once a year greatly affect our area, regularly at other seasons of the year our beach is great, we hope to have you back next time.
