This is a very beautiful updated condo with a great view of sunsets over the gulf. check in was easy and with this unit being on the second floor, it was an easy walk through the overhead walkway to the parking deck. we enjoyed our stay with no problems. The only thing I would change is that there is no oven in the kitchen. The range top and microwave are great but I had to bring my frozen pizzas home..LOL! Overall I still give this unit 5stars. I will definitely be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The condo has clearly undergone a full modern renovation and feels clean, bright, and updated throughout. In fact, the apartment looked even better in person than in the VRBO listing photos.We were among the first guests after the renovation, and everything felt fresh and new, including the appliances, furniture, and kitchen items.The kitchen and living area are especially well done, and the location worked very well for us.The owner was responsive, professional, and genuinely interested in guest feedback and improving the property, which we appreciated very much.Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

The unit was not thoroughly clean and has seen better days. I emailed the property manager with the issues and it was acknowledged. However no action to rectify was made. With that being said, the location was perfect with great views. I was surprised at how quiet it was. The amenities are great

We’re truly surprised by your comments, as no issues were reported during your stay. Our beds are inspected prior to each check-in, and no damages were found before or after your departure. This unit is clearly advertised as an economy option with a discounted rate and visible wear, so expectations should align with that description. We're always happy to assist guests during their stay, but we can only help if we're informed.
