Two-bedroom beachfront condo on 15th floor at Tropic Winds! Close to Pier Park, very family-friendly. Newly renovated (in 2021) and professionally decorated! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit boasts 1200 sq ft of beautiful living space with an updated kitchen. LED television sets in every bedroom. 1 King & 2 Queen beds, very comfy! Extra large, furnished balcony, offering breathtaking views of the ocean waters and the softest white sand on the gulf coast. Condo has 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup daily (Between 3/15 - 10/31 only). 1 parking spot included, overflow parking available first-come first-serve.

Great place. Meghan is a great host. She was very attentive and responsive. Property location was amazing as well as the amenities at the property. Definitely would love to stay again.

We had an amazing week with beautiful weather! The balcony was my favorite part to enjoy sitting and drinking coffee and enjoying the sunsets. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues but they were addressed quickly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the memories!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, and had an astonishing view of the Gulf. The check-in process was easy and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the two beach chairs, which was a wonderful bonus and very convenient. Meghan made everything easy through the whole process answering all questions and offering help in every way. I would definitely stay here again!

Upon arriving at the condo, the parking spot was very easy to find, the rooms were very clean. The condo was perfect and neat. We ecspecially loved the balcony. This condo was on the 15 th floor and the elevators were not an issue at all. Very short walking distance from car. We loved everything about this unit and will book again in the future!

Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. The beach view was spectacular and peaceful. The host was always there if we needed her. The kitchen had everything we needed to help our stay be stress free.

We had an Amazing Vacation with our grandkids at this condo. They loved all the amenities at the Tropic Winds. The beach service was great to have! The condo is beautiful, very clean, with an Amazing view of the Gulf! My grandkids watched for dolphins daily from the balcony. The place is very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. We will definitely stay here again, when we come back. I Highly recommend this place. Meghan is a great communicator with all information.

Meghan was wonderful to work with and she responded quickly to my emails. The condo was very clean! The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cookware, etc. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. We definetly would stay here again.

Great Family trip

7 Day Stay

We stayed 7 days for a softball tournament and really enjoyed our time. Communication was good, and the unit was exactly as depicted. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay

Our favorite part was the fact it is right on the beach and the balcony has the best view. The condo was as advertised…. Had everything you would need for your stay (dishes, beach gear, etc). Very clean and the beds were comfortable!

Perfect Spot!

This condo is in a great location, clean, and very well stocked! The host communication was excellent, quick response and helpful. Added bonus, very nicely furnished and decorated. I highly recommended staying here!

Lovely Condo

Tropic Winds has always been our favorite place to stay in PCB. This condo has been the best one we've stayed in by far. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Extra beach towels were a definite plus and beach service was great! We hit the beach/gulf every day! We try to reserve this condo again on our next trip to PCB.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and perfectly located.She had everything we needed, from cooking supplies to keeping our kiddos entertained. Meghan was amazing to work with and answered every question with a quick response. She went above and beyond and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

This unit is directly on the beach with breathtaking views! Perfect for families and couples. It is conveniently located a short 4 minute drive from Pier Park & on the west side of Panama City Beach, where it’s quieter & family friendly! This unit comfortably sleeps 6.

The oversized balcony has 2 full size loungers, a loveseat glider and 2 more deep, comfortable seats making it the perfect spot to lounge & take in the gorgeous oceanfront views!

Two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - one with a King bed (oceanfront) and another with two Queen beds. One bathroom is also accessible from the living area.

There is a beautiful open-concept kitchen to the dining and living areas.

There are TONS of board games & card games for the family, along with a Wii & a large movie selection. Plus, we have an entire storage unit outside full of beach & pool toys! We also offer chairs & umbrellas to bring down on top of the beach service you’ll get that include 2 lounge chairs & an umbrella (March 15-October 31)!

Other amenities include a hot tub, pool, gym, sauna, steam room, and grills.

We have keyless entry, free WiFi, three flat screen TVs, DVD players for each TV, & more.
