Enjoy the cozy ambiance, shared rooftop barbecue area, and comfortable sitting space, making it an ideal retreat for a delightful living experience.
There are 3 sleeping places: one queen-size bed and one pullout sofa.
One parking spot in the garage at extra cost.
There are 55-inch TV, washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the apartment.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to everything inside the apartment.
Shared roof BBQ and sitting area.
Guests don't have access to the apartment past 10 pm without a fob.

Please, note: every guest has to fill up condo papers for the documentation-condo rules.

PARKING:
- The monthly parking rate is $100.
- Once the rate expires after 1 month the guest can extend it for another month.
