Beautiful views

This property has beautiful views; however, the condo and furnishings are very dated. The door needs replaced as it is extremely hard to open and close. We left thinking it was closed/locked and came back hours later to it wide open where anyone could have entered. The washer/dryer knob doesn't line up with what you want it to do. There are no hooks to hang anything on. The furniture is worn, and the mattress is lumpy. No place to put any groceries. It was clean and we still had a wonderful time, as the views of the sunrises from one balcony and sunsets from the other were wonderful!!

2024 Vacation

Property was not ready at check in. Had to wait almost an hour to get into property. It was not as clean as I thought it could have been. Was told I would be called when it was ready and had to call the 59 office twice to ask if it was ready. Was told I could get the parking pass at the property office but when I arrived the office was closed. Other than a few issues at check in was nice place to spend the week.

Great views but could use some upgrades

First let me say this was one of the lesser expensive properties in the GSSR complex so the value is there. However compared to most units we’ve stayed in, this condo seemed very thrown together. Older mattress, sparse kitchen cookware, marginal furniture, paint and trim work quickly done without any attention to detail. TV’s difficult to use and bedroom Roku remote was frozen and inoperable. Complex was good. Unit location is great with views of bay and gulf. Both sunrises and sunsets which is difficult to duplicate for the money.

Surf and Racquet Club is a very nice place

I stayed at this facility two years ago in a different unit with the same floor plan as this stay. Very nice. Great views of the Lagoon. And Gulf just across the street. The unit was very clean, everything in working order and almost all the kitchen dishes and pots and pans you could need. Unit is small but perfect for a couple or single as I am. You don't come to Gulf Shores to sit inside all day anyways! I usually combine my Gulf Shores visit to see my son. But now both of my children are on the southeast coast. If I do return to Gulf Shores, my first search would be this facility and would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

Wonderful Condo!

We have stayed at numerous condos on the Gulf Coast over the many years of travel to Gulf Shores. This condo was amazing! Great beach access, super pool, watch a beautiful sunrise from one balcony and relaxing sunset from the other balcony. Thx for sharing your beach house. We would certainly stay here again if the property is available.

First time visiting Golf Shores

This was our first visit to Golf Shores. The condo was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was available in the condo upon arrival. Perfect for 2 people for a reasonable price. We definitely would stay here again in the future.

Our first Snowbirding 1/28 - 3/4

1. Views were great! 2. The unit has a few issues. - loose faucet handle - Kitchen pots/pans/lids not a set - 40 or glasses filling cabinets leave minimal food storage 3. Brent Robinson manages however for some reason rebooking through them is not permitted. Would of returned to unit. following season but not at vbro pricing Over all we had a great experience and are returning to area next season!! Just using a different unit more reasonable priced for our extended stay.

Gulf Shores Surf and Racket Club is a really nice place to stay. It is older, but the upkeep is great. Our condo had a few glitches, refrigerator setting wouldn't move off of freezing and our eggs froze, but the freezer wouldn't make ice, lol! Minor, but annoying! All in all, enjoyable. Would stay here again definitely.

Not Happy

The condo was perfect size. However, it was not very clean, had to call maintenance to help get the door unlocked, the living room tv remote did not work, had to pay an additional $25 for parking that I was not aware of, the dryer did not work very well, and the pool deck is so slippery that I watched several people fall. The staff did not care about any of my concerns.

Always stay here and will stay again

I always enjoy staying at this property. It's a close walk to the beach and a great view. My only issue I had was that I booked for a week but was only given one packet of dishwasher powder and 2 trash bags. I feel that would have sufficed for a weekend stay but a whole week (Saturday-Sunday) should prompt a little extra supplies. I tried contacting the rental company once for a jammed doorknob but wasn't able to get through. Other than that I love my stay and will book again!

Family mini vacay

Great location! Condo was very clean and we really enjoyed the on site pool. Very family friendly, staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The room and property were excellent as always! Unfortunately, due to everything going on in the world we had to leave early but we hope to be back next spring break for an even more relaxing vacation. I cannot say enough good things about Brett Robinsons team.

We really enjoyed the place. We would rent it again. The only complaint is the fire alarm went off twice in one day. The first time was at 5am next one was at 11pm both false alarms, other than that we loved it.

Great location! Quiet.. just a walk across the street to the beach.

The people were great and very helpful! Everything about this place was awesome!! My family had a wonderful vacation ❤️ Would definitely stay here again!
