This place was tucked away but yet close to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Listing was as described, quick and easy communication with the host. The kitchen had all the necessities too. We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was comfortable for the 4 adults in our party. We enjoyed our time there. The decor was appropriate for the area, and it was very nice. The road getting there was a little difficult to find on the first trip there, but it was fine once we located it.

The cabin was nice but does need some cleaning. When we arrived there was a dead bee that looks like it had been killed but just left there. The washing machine needed cleaning.

It was a joy to book and stay at this property! Pet friendly (we brought our springer spaniel), clean, and comfy! Communication with the host was easy and efficient. The cabin location was great for access to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Everything was super nice! It is on a single lane road that loops around. If you want to get in the hot tub I would save few towels for it. But overall a wonderful experience staying at the property!

We have two adults and 5 children. We had plenty of space for our week long trip. The home has had what I would call a college town remodel. Everything is nice, just don't expect opulence. The home had plenty of spaces with two living areas and 2 decks for everyone to spread out. It's just off the south end of the parkway in Pigeon Forge with easy access to get to Great Smoky National Park and still a short trip to all Pigeon Forge has to offer. The road is narrow heading up to the home, but hardly ever any cars traveling it. In 8 days I only got by the same truck twice and no other vehicles during the trip. The road may be tricky during the winter as would any home off the main path. We found backing into the driveway being the most convenient way to park. This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay while not breaking the bank.

"Beautiful cabin setup on the surface, but unfortunately unusable amenities and a serious odor/water problem overshadowed our stay. The moment you walk in, there's a strong mildew/water-damage smell throughout the house. Worse, the water from every faucet — kitchen and bathroom — smells like sewage. We bought air fresheners and they did nothing. We ended up buying bottled water just to wet washcloths because we couldn't stand to use the tap water on our skin.We also noticed a DampRid moisture absorber tucked inside the cabin, which suggests the host is already aware of a dampness/moisture issue and hasn't resolved it.The hot tub was unusable — spiderwebs kept being rebuilt directly above it even after my husband cleared them twice. The porch's first step is wobbly and needs repair. There's no TV in the downstairs bedroom. The driveway/entrance is also very narrow and awkward to navigate in and out. We also noticed a locked compartment hidden under the cushion near the bay window, which felt a little strange for a rental.

We take guest comfort and property maintenance seriously, and we would like to clarify several points in this review. None of these concerns were reported to us during your stay. Our direct contact information was provided, and we are approximately 20 minutes away, so we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate and help. Cabin odor and DampRid: We have not observed the mildew or water-damage smell described. DampRid is placed in the cabin during humid months to help control moisture—not to mask a mildew smell. Its presence should not be taken as evidence of an unresolved water-damage problem. Water: The cabin uses well water and is equipped with filtration and a water softener. An occasional sulfur-like odor can occur. Hot tub: The hot tub was cleaned and its water balanced before your arrival. We also maintain monthly pest-control service. Spiderwebs can reappear outdoors in a wooded setting mostly at September - October season. Porch step: The movement in the first step has been corrected, and the step has been secured. Downstairs bedroom TV: This bedroom intentionally does not have a TV, as reflected in the listing photos and description. A TV in that room was never advertised. It provides a screen-free space to rest, with TVs available elsewhere in the cabin. Access and parking: The approach is a paved, two-way road, and the driveway accommodates two vehicles. The parking arrangement is described and shown in the listing. Locked compartment: The small compartment beneath the window seat is simply secured storage for cleaning supplies. The window seat remains available to guests; the compartment is not part of the advertised guest amenities. We stand behind our property while taking responsibility for maintenance that needs attention. We encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we can respond while our help can still improve their experience.

The cabin is nice, but could be better. Definitely needs some outside clean up work done. The road to the cabin is one lane and kinda sketchy. The parking isn’t great. Have to move cars around to get one or the other out. On a positive, it’s a quick drive to the main road in Pigeon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
