This is my family’s second time staying here and we love it! It’s our home away from home. We were a group of 4 families and each of them stayed in this nice neighborhood. It was so fun having everyone so close all while having our own privacy. Next time we visit Rockport we will be sure to stay here again!

The property felt like home away from home. It was so clean and pet friendly. My family really enjoyed the stay here and they are already wanting to plan a trip to come back and stay here again.

Fantastic communication, extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and organized space. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the location too being that it is so close to everything we love about Rockport/Fulton!

There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and drawers. There was also a stain on the bed sheets and hair in the tub from previous people… but other than that it was a decent stay overall. Pool was really great! But hard to reach host about our concerns.

Great Getaway Home

We really enjoyed this stay. Beach was 10 minutes away. Pool in rear of house was a great bonus!

The cottage was nice except for the ants we found in the master bathroom. We were a little disappointed that people didn’t pick up after their pets over in the dog park. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would more than likely stay there again.

This little cottage is perfect! Cozy, spotless and quiet, we found it to be a lovely place for our weekend getaway. Sitting on the front porch watching the hummingbirds zip around was a treat and our little Corgi enjoyed her walks around the fishing pond and trips to the dog run. I look forward to staying here again and again.

Great location...close to downtown and bay front activities, short drive to the Port Aransas Ferry's, and quick trip to wherever are meeting your fishing guide or launching your kayak. Several very good restaurants nearby: The Grove, Old Fulton Seafood Cafe, Paradise Key, The Shack, and Pier 77...all excellent offerings. The home was clean, well appointed, with comfortable bedding, great air conditioning, and two full bathrooms...very comfortable for 2 - 4 people. The house does back right up against a shared pool, so at times, depending on who's enjoying the space, can get a little loud. There is a stocked fishing pond on the property which is open to those staying in the neighborhood. The entire neighborhood was well maintained, well-lit at night, and felt safe. Communication with the property owners/management company was outstanding. I submitted several questions before and during our stay which were all answered quickly and completely. This is a wonderful option if you are staying in the area and prefer more privacy than what a hotel offers and/or want to share casual space with friends and family. High recommended and is where I will attempt to stay next time in the area.

The house is really nice, great location, perfect size for us. Really clean, full kitchen was a plus. Our kids enjoyed the pool and pond that is on the site. Just a 5 minute drive or so to the beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by. The host is super nice! We will definitely stay there again.

Check in was a breeze. The cottage was really clean and cozy. We felt very safe, the neighbors were really nice and friendly. The location was about 8 to 10 minutes away Walmart, HEB and Rockport Beach Park. This was very convenient. Port Aransas Beach was a quick 30 minute drive. We would definitely stay again.

Check in was easy, the property was brilliant! Finished to a high standard and roomier than we expected! The only "setback" was figuring out the remotes (we don't have a Roku, so more on us than anything) but it wasnt like we were inside much! Close fo lots of amenities (short drive to stores and shops), super quiet at night, which was a plus!

The rental was exceptionally clean, well decorated, beds were comfortable, nice quiet area and the pool was clean/not busy for the time of year we stayed. There wasn’t a grill, but we didn’t need one anyway. Kitchen was well equipped and we did use it quite a bit. Plenty of linens and blankets. I’m not sure if the description listed a dog park, but there was a decent one on the property and everyone we met there was friendly.
