Cozy on into this historic cottage, Magnolia Cottage. Located in the heart of Rockport, Texas, you will be near all the excitement of fishing, birding, and the coastal beach shores.
Splash into the pool to cool off and relax or enjoy a good book from the Adirondack chairs as you soak up the coastal Texas sun. Enjoy a fresh seafood meal from the grill and dine alfresco on the patio dining table.
Inside you will find cozy and comfortable living. The cottage features a mini fridge and microwave for quick snacks and picnics to be prepared. The living room and each bedroom are set with a Smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows. The bedrooms feature large king beds with fresh soft linens to enjoy a restful sleep. The bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom that features a walk-in shower. The second full bathroom can be found outside in the pool house, which also features a walk-in shower. You will also find a laundry room there to freshen any clothes during your stay.
Mere minutes from the excitement of Rockport Beach and downtown Rockport and within walking distance of Rockport Pier, the Rockport Center for the Arts, and plenty of shops and eateries, you’ll never run out of fun things to do. Spend a day at the beach splashing in the water and watching the boats in Rockport Harbor. Property is close to the beach, great places to eat and many activities. The beds are comfortable and the place was clean. I wish that that the seating in the screen porch area was more comfortable (if I went back, I’d bring my own), but it’s hard to beat having a pool right out the door with no one else around.

The house was perfect for my wife and I. Weather didnt allow us to enjoy the pool, but thats ok. We enjoyed Market days, good food, laid back bars and saw family while there. Great house would stay again!

Always my best stay. Great pool, room for multiple floats. House and AC are great, house is always clean and cool. The rooms are big and comfortable. Water pressure is amazing in both showers.

The stay was everything we expected. The house was nice and cool. Very clean. Convenient parking. Well maintained pool. Easy check in and check out. Kitchen was limited with a wine refrigerator and no stove/oven. It did have a portable dual burner hot plate. Laundry room and additional bathroom which was great for before and after swimming or the beach accessible outside the main living area. Would recommend to others as well as return for another stay

BEST VACA EVER!!
Being retired we came to RELAX! And that we did! This cottage is our go to for everything ROCKPORT!!

Texas Relaxation
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and we felt relaxed. All in all a great vacation

Clean and very nice, chairs need a cleaning but beds are very comfortable, know there is a wine chiller, no refrigerator or stove, i overlooked when i booked.This is the pool house in the back but it has a big room kitchen and rooms but living area for family to watch tv is a small couch and 2 chairs. Its cute amd lovely decorated. Pool is big and nice Privacy since host wasn't there during the season. Great location by everything. I would come back.

Great house and location!
Charming and comfortable place. We were very comfortable and had a great time. We would definitely stay there again. Be aware, the “kitchen is really limited with only a beverage fridge and a microwave, but it’s not a big deal at all.

Another bday in the books at my fave Rockport Magnolia Cottage. The host makes everything super easy. It’s always clean and ready for our arrival. It’s so close to everything and the nightlife doesn’t affect my stay. The private pool means I can stay out all night and or all day. It soothes my soul. Thanks Rockport and thanks Magnolia Cottage!

Very relaxing
We had a great time at the cottage. We were able to refresh our bodies and souls. Got away from the hustle and bustle. Will be back

Magnolia Cottage
Really loved the stay for our small vacation! Doesnt really have a fridge or stove but it was amazing. Enjoyed the pool !! Small town but there is places to go to! Definitely recommend & will be coming back soon.

Beautifully decorated and perfect location
The Cottage was beautiful and big enough for a family of 6. They had everything we needed and more. The pool was a big plus, the kids had so much fun in it. Location was perfect .. 3mins away from the beach. The fact that we were able to wash wet clothes immediately was good. We plan to stay here next year.

House was clean . Water pressure in the jack&jill shower was not very good . Maintenance came but still no improvement. Door wouldn’t lock back up nor the pool bathroom or the laundry room.Refrigerator in patio finally came on the last day .The home was really cute for the 3 of us with big bedrooms.Had to use shower next to house for our nightly showers.Unfortunately couldn’t use the pool weather didn’t permit.They did put a burner in the kitchen definitely will return & hopefully everything will be running smoothly.

Peaceful cottage
We very much enjoyed our stay in the cottage.It is beautiful and well appointed. The area is quiet and very convenient to all the area.It is a bit disconcerting ( and inconvenient)not to have a full size refrigerator but we made do.We knew there was no stove so we utilized the weber grill that was provided.All in all we would definitely stay again

Lovely Cottage
Had everything we needed and then some!
Easy to relax inside and outside. Comfortable outdoor furniture and the beds were the best ever. Jack and Jill restroom between the bedrooms was genius! Pool was nice, but we didn’t really use it much since this was mostly a trip to get in a family visit. Will definitely return.
