Getting into the unit was a little confusing, as was the listing in terms of the 3rd bed/bedroom but the unit was great really spacious and clean and the host was very easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We loved staying here. The location was right by the river trail and easy to get downtown. The beds were comfortable and it was a beautiful condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and loved how close the home was to the river, trails and hiking, and downtown Grand Junction, where we had a conference. The condo is new, bright, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

The property was well located close to downtown and big box stores and our conference location. Our host kept in touch throughout the stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. We highly recommend this VRBO location. We were all VRBO newbies and this was a wonderful first experience.

We had an amazing stay at Anna’s property! It was very calm, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Anna was a wonderful host friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and Anna as a host. 10/10 experience!

I thought that there were 3 bedrooms with 3 beds like the pictures show, 1 king room, 1 queen room and 1 twin room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable.

This is a beautiful home and had everything we needed. We loved having a garage to use. Everything was immaculately clean and well thought out. The location is right across the highway from the Amtrak Train Station and there is a great breakfast place at the station called Pufferbelly. We couldn't hear any trains from the property but it was very convenient for our train trip after a beautiful ride from Denver.

The townhome was amazing, just as described. All the amenities were new and high end. The location was great for us. Would definitely recommend this townhome if you’re staying in Grand Junction.

Photo of the third room isn't the third room. The actual description is correct but NOT the picture. It should show a small fold down twin bed that lays on the floor. The office third bed is in is very small. About 9ft by 6ft. Someone already left feedback on this and owner just said "pictures are correct". Well, they are not as of when I type this. Just know, third room is NOT as pictured (that is the other real room). 3rd room is non-conforming in any realistate listing format. This is actually a 2 bedroom house. The area the owner shows this house in is incorrect as well. I am sure they did this so you don't know exactly where it is, but it pinpoints it to being on the OTHER side of the railroad tracks. This is not by the downtown area we wanted. If you read this, now you know and take that into consideration. SO! This is the nicest vrbo I have rented for this price range. It is very new and large. It has 3 actual showers (4 toilets) and a very large couch that can sleep two adults for sure. Small spot in the garage. The area feels very safe. Traffic noise was a little high due to main road pretty close to house. I would rate 4.5 star if listing was accurate.

Thanks for your feedback Chris I will take a look and see where that picture is and make that change. It is a very small room and was very hard to furnish. This is absolutely a conforming bedroom with a closet a door and a window. I understand it would be nicer to have a larger bed in there but that is just not something that was possible I appreciate your kind feedback with regard to the rest of the home and hope you enjoyed your time here.

The VRBO rental we chose is a great big beautiful Townhome near downtown Grand Junction, CO. It is a new-build property with lots of construction going on around it, with moderate construction noise during workdays. This unit has three levels with 3 bedrooms & each has its own bathroom. An enclosed garage is on the ground floor and includes a remote control for easy & safe access to your vehicle. There is an office sized bedroom on the ground floor but the bed choice there was disappointing as it is only a convertible Chair Bed. The living space & kitchen are spacious and its location is on the second floor. Beautiful new appliances & enough furniture for a large family. Everyone loved the super-sized modular sofa. So comfy & roomy, it was a real hit! Upstairs, on the third level, are the Master and second bedrooms and they are perfect. The only negative for us was the tiny third bedroom & three sets of stairs that were tough for us old folks. The owner was apologetic about the small bed & bedroom but feels like she’s provided straight forward info to customers in her rental information. We likely should’ve read the info more carefully. Even so, it was a lovely place in a different location in Grand Junction than where we normally have rented when we come to visit our son & his family. And, we wouldn’t change anything about this terrific trip that gave us precious time with our new granddaughter!

Beautiful new home

It was an absolutely beautiful brand new property unfortunately there was a water leak and we couldn’t stay there, but it wasn’t the property owner’s fault. I felt horrible for her. She handled it the best that she could. Unfortunately, there were no more properties available because it was Fourth of July weekend again not the property owners fault but VRBO Provided no support in trying to find us an alternate last minute place to stay. We figured it out on our own but no thanks to VRBO.

This property is brand new, recently decorated and stocked and is in great shape. I own the unit next door that is the exact same, if you need more space and the dates work out, you can book them both! I also have another home in town that sleeps 10 if you need more space.
