Host was prompt. House was roomy, everyone reported comfortable beds, even the couch was comfy. Home under repair/reno so a few things were wonky, lost one star just because I thought it was so expensive and would have been worthy of a slight decrease due to repairs. I assumed from the pics that you could get in the water right from property, but it is not swimmable or accessible due to the natural seafloor being so mucky. Great parking, neighborhood, close to gorgeous walking trail.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am glad you found the home spacious, the beds comfortable, and the neighborhood and walking trail enjoyable. As I completed my final updating project, a new gourmet level kitchen, I went above and beyond to make sure every item was rental ready with all brand new high-end appliances... 2 refrigerators, side by side, two dishwashers, 48" range with double oven and beverage/wine cooler. The only item that was not connected was the ice maker. So I put 4 bags of ice in the freezer for you to enjoy. That all being said... I really appreciate your patience with that. Regarding the waterfront, our property sits on a natural coastal seafloor, which is part of the character of St. Joseph Sound which is truly a boater and kayakers paradise. The setting offers beautiful water views and a unique coastal experience. One day the shoreline can have sea weeds washed up on shore and the next day it's perfectly clean as the tide comes in and out. We understand how important it is for our guests to have clear expectations, and we will continue working to communicate this distinction. I appreciate your visit and are pleased that you enjoyed the home's space, comfort, and parking. I remain committed to providing an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Again thank!

Amazing host! Perfect spot for a couple, or group! The sunsets are incredible, and the outdoor space has multiple areas to enjoy. Location is great too!

Our family had a great stay at this beautiful home! Everything was excellent- beautiful outdoor area- loved being on the water- which was very calm during our stay! House had many great amenities that contributed to our great stay!

We had an amazing 10th Girls' Trip at John's home. The views, sunsets and pool/hot tub were amazing. Everything was clean and accessible. We will beback!

Great location

We loved the location of this house. The sunsets are unbeatable. The pool and hot tub make a perfect addition to this property. We had a great stay, and John did a great job communicating.

Great location

We spent most of our time outside by the pool so that area was beautiful. A lot of broken chairs and some pool issues but all in all we really enjoyed our stay

Family Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay. John was a gracious host and very friendly. The house was wonderful and the Gulf views were breathtaking. Every evening we enjoyed the sunset. Will likely go back again!

Palm Harbor escape

The property was a great place to stay, the pool, the view, the neighborhood, there were good restaurants and breweries close by and numerous walking paths and beaches to use as well. The tfamily liked the pool table and outdoor kitchen as well.

Property is on the bay.

Public beaches are a short drive away. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, jacuzzi and pool table in the evenings. Nice restaurants a short drive away. Enjoyed the sunsets from the ool deck.

Family friendly house

Had a great week with our daughter, son-in-law, our son, daughter-in-law and both of our grandsons. House worked great for three separate families.

Host put up Christmas tree and decorations for us. Everyone in party appreciated. Home is exceptionally well supplied with everything you might need, even coffee pods. Was able to watch football as tv is set up with streaming services. Pool and spa were excellent and so were sunset views.

Amazing

Favorite part of this property is the location and outdoor space! The view is spectacular!! The owner was always attentive and responded right away. Great place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Wonderful restaurants were recommended by the owner, they did not disappoint.

Great Spot

John was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages or phone calls. House has an amazing view and we were able to fish from the dock. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and dolphins in the water. Great spot with lots of space outside for enjoying the beautiful weather.
