Great Home

Had a great time staying at this property. We had 8 guys staying for a golf tournament and everything was great. The owner even had Amazon drop off new pool sticks when I messaged them and told them that there was only 1 working stick. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation

House was amazing and plenty of space for 10 adults to spread out. Great kitchens to cook and bake in. Back patio and pool were great to hang out in, dock was fun to fish and neighbors were polite. Brett and Konnie were great hosts! Thanks!

Relaxing Spot

Brett was easy to communicate with and had a useful solution for any questions or issues we may have had. The house was nice. Had all the amenities the listing mentioned and was well taken care of. Fairly quiet neighborhood.

3 Families!

We stayed for a week at this property with 3 families and kids from 2-6! The layout was perfect for sharing the home and the basement/fun room was great after the kiddos went to sleep! The hosts were wonderful and responsive. We will absolutely return.

Great family vacation

We had 8 people, plenty of room and excellent pool! Room to roam ,gather, and have our own space. Excellent communication with the owner. Home is as nice as the pictures! We all loved it.

Huge home with plenty to do!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. We enjoyed swimming, playing pool, fishing of the dock and cooking in the well-equipped kitchens. Thank you for letting us escape to sunny FL for part of our winter from upstate NY.

2024 stay.

Stay was great but the impending storm caused us to leave 2 days early. Brett was an excellent host. Master bathroom was black and needed a little attention Lots of books, games and puzzles for kiddos. Truly a beautiful home

Beautiful home

Beautiful house was immaculate on check-in. Multilevel house was well stocked for our large group. Good supply of towels in all bedrooms and baths. New dock was recently installed and provided a nice place to relax and wet a line.

Good times

This was a wonderful place for our family Thanksgiving. Everyone had their own space if needed and there were plenty of gathering places. The pool table and the water pool added lots of fun for everyone. Any questions were answered immediately by the owners. We hope to be here again.

Wonderful intergenerational house... three families

Home was perfect for our families. Pool was great attraction for 6 and 7 year olds. The one thing that would be in your guest's best interest would be given the password for the secure network... both son and daughter had some business communications and appreciated the secure network.

A lovely, quiet location...to rest & relax.

The wildlife that greats you on the backside of this home is fantastic!! It made up for the pool area receiving very little sun...which made it hard to heat. The neighbors are very kind and the neighborhood felt safe to enjoy rides on the bike. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, thanks Brett!

Beautiful home with everything you need.

The house itself is beautiful, well kept, and contains everything you need for a great trip. Between the screened in pool, multiple living rooms, pool table, and dock, there was no shortage of amenities. The entire first floor could have been an in-law suite of it's own, with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The 2nd and 3rd floors had the primary kitchen and bedrooms, all well stocked, cleaned and maintained. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, and the neighbors we met were quite nice. Overall a wonderful place to stay. My only complaint is that we didn't have more time to spend here.

Family summer fun 22

This property was really nice. We were in love with the house, the location and neighborhood. It is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. We have a large family, kids range from 25 to 16 years old and grandchildren 2 years to 4 mos.old. We loved being all together and had an amazing time. Only problem we had was the trash pick up and dryer on the bottom floor didn't get hot. However, it wasn't that big of a deal and we would definitely go back.

Vacation tourist

Beautiful kept home. Very comfortable. Home owners available if needed. Some appliances not working properly so may need an update. Lake Tarpon a hugh disappointment seems like a garbage filled lake, but if you love the ocean like we do you are very close to the Gulf.

N Canal Street Beyond Unbelievable!!

The House was amazing!! Beyond Expectations. Everything was very clean. Very peaceful neighborhood. We did a lot of walking and jogging. The pool was fantabulous. The house was the perfect place to have pictures taken of my son, his groomsmen and family the day of his wedding. We will have everlasting memories of this home!! Brett was awesome to communicate with when questions did arise!!! Thank you Brett and Konnie!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect 50th birthday

We went for my 50th birthday and this house was everything we needed in a house. Lots of space, clean ,pool was great. Location was perfect. Walmart need by and publix. Flapp jacks restaurant near by was a good palce to get breakfast. Brett our host was great. He answered all my questions and on the last day I asked if we could stay later because we had a late checkout. Brett was quick to respond and say we can stay longer. We were 9 guys and we all felt we picked the right house for us. We rented a pontoon boat near by and enjoyed the lake and a restaurant not far on the lake. Thank you again Brett. I recommended this location to anyone. Enjoy if you do stay. You will he happy.

New Year's in Florida!

Our family just spent the week after Christmas in this home. The Owner was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions any time of the day. We enjoyed the pool and pool table that were in the property and being able to fish off the dock was a plus. The kitchen was stocked well and the layout worked well for our family with the different floors and living spaces. (I would, however, suggest that you be extra careful going down the stairs... that last little landing surprises you when you least expect it!) We also really appreciated the "baby/toddler" items in the house as we used them every day! One last note (and I realize this is total personal choice), some of the mattresses weren't as "comfortable" as others but again that will differ for each person. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit to the area and the home. If you are looking for a nice, quiet get-away to this part of Florida, don't rule this one out!

Peaceful spot, convenient location and lots of room

Stayed here for a month and had an absolutely great time. The house had plenty of room for our three couples as we each basically had our own floors. Had one issue each with the pool heater and upstairs fridge but Brett attended to both as punctually as possible with credit given for pool heat on the down days. If you plan on cooking a lot at the house as we did, the second floor cook top is not very user friendly, but if you eat out a lot that is a moot point. The first floor laundry dryer is missing, so functionally it is really only one laundry. Saw eagles, a gator, ducks and lots of birds from the canal deck. The neighbors (fairly close) were quiet and friendly. When we left we gave Brett a list of minor issues that needed attention which I feel confident he will address. Once they are resolved it will be a 5 star location.

Tarpon Springs Lake House

Spent seven days at this house located off the canal. We used it on a all guy fishing vacation. The house is beautiful with five bedrooms, a pool, and two full kitchens. The house was describe accurately. Everything in terms of grill, gas, utensils, dinnerware was provided. This is a large house with lots of steps, so not great for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs. Our favorite hangout was the back deck, which is where we spent most of our time. We tried to use the pool table but found the cue sticks damaged (only two). We also had trouble with the downstairs tv and was unable to watch live NFL football. But these were minor issues. Anyone looking for a great house with lots of space will enjoy this place!
