This home was absolutely stunning, so much room and plenty of outdoor seating. While we didn’t use the pool, it looked great and the views on the waterfront were a great way to start and end the day. Brett was very helpful as well.

Family gathering

The house was perfect for the family gathering we had. Plenty of space to spread out, so no one had to feel like we were on top of each other. Next time will stay longer and rent a boat to get out on the lake.

It was a nice location because it was within 30 mins to the beaches

Wonderful family vacation

Rented this house it was beautiful lots of room. Owner is friendly and helpful checking to make sure everything was good. Will diffentaly rent again.

The spaces in this home worked very well for our group of 10 and were enjoyed by all. One of my adult sons said he thought it was the best house we’ve stayed in! We especially enjoyed the screened porch area and used the pool everyday. The lanai was great. It’s not the best stocked house we’ve stayed in, but we got by with what was there, so it was adequate. Having a lower level refrigerator and extra washer and dryer was really convenient and the pool table was used every day. Communication was great and when I mentioned a problem with a coffee maker on checking in, the owner had one delivered before bedtime so we would have coffee in the morning! The blackstone grill top was interesting, and since we had it we had fajitas one night and smash burgers another, but I missed not having a standard gas grill as well. We are very familiar with the Palm Harbor area and prefer it for a number of reasons. If we need this large of a house again we would not hesitate to stay again.

Great family vacation

House was amazing and plenty of space for 10 adults to spread out. Great kitchens to cook and bake in. Back patio and pool were great to hang out in, dock was fun to fish and neighbors were polite. Brett and Konnie were great hosts! Thanks!

Spacious place for my family trip

Brett’s place was spacious enough for my family of 12. There were two laundry rooms and two kitchens. Quiet neighborhood. About 20 mins from Clearwater beach. 45 mins from Skyway fishing pier.

It was a lot of my family that came and we had a wonderful vacation and it took care all ages from kids to adults and enough room for everyone. Was a very pleasurable experience and great place !!! Can’t wait to come back and do it again

Great Home

Had a great time staying at this property. We had 8 guys staying for a golf tournament and everything was great. The owner even had Amazon drop off new pool sticks when I messaged them and told them that there was only 1 working stick. Highly recommend!

We had 8 people, plenty of room and excellent pool! Room to roam ,gather, and have our own space. Excellent communication with the owner. Home is as nice as the pictures! We all loved it.

We stayed for a week at this property with 3 families and kids from 2-6! The layout was perfect for sharing the home and the basement/fun room was great after the kiddos went to sleep! The hosts were wonderful and responsive. We will absolutely return.

Huge home with plenty to do!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. We enjoyed swimming, playing pool, fishing of the dock and cooking in the well-equipped kitchens. Thank you for letting us escape to sunny FL for part of our winter from upstate NY.
