Awesome property for our family w toddler, beach out back, bunny family living under the gazebo and sea birds walking around was a big hit. Indoor and outdoor pool wasn’t warm enough but everything else including room was as advertised.

Fantastic location, really doesn’t get any better. We were right in the middle of all the stores, bars, restaurants. So convenient to go back to our place after a day out. Close to the beach, just perfect. Had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay in this immaculate condo. It is perfectly located with easy walking access to shops snd restaurants. The layout was perfect with two separate sleeping areas and a common kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer are definitely an added bonus. I would highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again.

Great condo! Able to walk all around Kennebunkport and go to the shops and restaurants . Parking is just behind the condo., too. There are some stairs to climb with your suitcase so just FYI. Very nice people and place!

It was great location and space and very clean, just wish the kitchen garbage had been emptied before we arrived and we had been given more toilet paper.

Such a perfect spot! Condo is very well decorated and appropriated. Brian and Caroline were wonderful to work with and very prompt in answering replies. We would totally stay here again. We had 6 people and the pull out couch and futon were very comfortable

Family Trip with college aged kids

We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect for our family!! We have college and high school aged children and it was perfect for all of us!!! Property is decorated wonderfully and had everything we needed!!! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location

This location can't be beat - right in the heart of Dock Square but with all the privacy you need. The place was clean, up-to-date, comfy - has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Designated parking and location toward the road made it really easy to get in and out. Will definitely stay again.

Kennebunk ReviewHere are a few comments regarding our recent stay in early September.The Western Avenue location was incredibly convenient to Dock Square and its many restaurants and shops. And considering the street construction and paving that created minimal parking and various delays because of street closures, walking was necessary whether you wanted to or not.The construction also created additional challenges as trucks began working at 5 AM. There was continuous beeping from vehicles and vibrations in the condo throughout the day from the digging and repairs to the street.The fact is that everyone—including store owners, hotel and condo owners—were notified well in advance of the construction and street closures. Everyone knew that is—except the people who rented! If we were informed, we would have selected a different time because of “guaranteed” inconveniences and noise created by the construction.It simply was wrong to NOT have been alerted to the construction at time of booking.The unit overall was in good shape except for the following:The bathroom (with tub) was a serious problem due to dirty, stained shower curtain as well as a clogged drain that backed up the tub with several inches of water. These issues is unacceptable.Also, while there was curtain in the living room, neither bedroom had curtains. This created a bright, sunny room from the time of sunrise making a good night’s sleep impossible!

Wont ever stay anywhere else

I cant say enough about how amazing this place is. The owners are so accommodating and kind, it is overall the only place we will stay in Kennebunkport ever. Its right downtown and super easy to access the beach. WE LOVE IT!!!
