The property consists of two adjoining buildings which are home to our two retail clothing stores; Pink Tangerine, which is a Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store and Green Tangerine. The second floor of the building was completed in 2013 and houses a 1 Bedroom Condominium as well as a 2 Bedroom Condominium.
