Great view with very large balcony. Room was cute and clean, however we did notice there were some stains on the living room furniture. Perfect size for a party of four adults.

Our stay was 10 out of 10. However, the most amazing experience for me was the crab stuffed fillet at surf and turf restaurant in my minds eye I knew everything after would be bland.

Positives: lots to do, great communication, staff super friendly, perfect size for our family of four! Improvements: many stains on living room furniture, main kitchen light never worked (maybe needed a replacement bulb?), a very sensitive smoke detector in the unit, which would go off almost every time we would open the oven while cooking (even when no smoke was present), then the smoke detector battery replacement alert would beep every minute until someone came to replace it. Also, one morning we woke up with no water in the entire unit… not any water from the faucets or to use to flush the toilets. Needless to say, both the smoke detector battery and water issues were short lived and addressed promptly by maintenance/custodial services, so we were grateful for that! Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great Over-Sized Balcony

Great condo with comfortable beds and most importantly an incredible view from the over-sized balcony. Additionally, it is in a great location close to all of the stores and restaurants. We highly recommend Bubba's Seafood, Hangouts and Lulu's, they are all great places to eat!

Very nice updated property, just as described. The unit is located right around the corner from the elevator and the lobby has grocery carts for use, both very convenient & helpful. The balcony view is stunning, the beds are comfortable, kitchen items & bath towels were plenty suitable for our needs. You'll need hygiene products, paper products, trash bags, seasonings, beach towels, laundry soap etc. The location and view are absolutely amazing!

This condo is wonderfully decorated, the kitchen stocked with everything you need for a great vacation, and there are TVs in all the rooms!!! The balcony is amazing!!! Very large with beautiful ocean views. Close to grocery stores and restaurants without being too close!!! Thanks for a great vacation in your Condo. We will be back!!!

Our 2nd time here - loved it!

Very nice 2nd floor unit with a large deck overlooking the ocean! What more do you want? King in master and full size in the other bedroom. Both have their own private bathrooms. We loved the TVs in all the rooms so our kids could watch their shows and my wife and I could relax in the living room. This is a great beach to board on as well - the kids love it. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo!

Very Nice

We stayed here in August 2015 (the date picker won't let me change) This was a very nice unit. Has a huge deck! Well furnished. TVs in all rooms. Nice comfortable KING bed in master and full/queen in 2nd BR. Enough space for our family of 4. The property (Phoenix II) has everything you need. The beach here is a bit less crowded than other spots in the area. We love the local restaurants (Doc's Seafood is our fav). Highly recommended.
