Great condo and view. Beach is great and pool and common areas always very clean. They had a bunch of beach stuff in the closet on the balcony, which was great.We would definitely return!

Nice condo, clean, beach is nice, nice area. Lots to do for kids, we went parasailing and fishing and had a blast doing both.

The view is fabulous. The balcony is nice. The pools and beach access are very nice. Garage parking is great. Condo is nice except for master bed, was not comfortable and the bathrooms are horrible. Still have faucets from the 80's and the shower head is made for short people to say the least. If you are 5'6" or over, you will have to bend down to shower. Overall, stay was comfortable. I would consider staying there again if baths were updated.

Fun Family Vacation

Spent the week at this lovely condo! It was perfect for our family of four. Beautiful view, all of the amenities a reserved parking place in the garage close to an entrance. Very convenient beach access.

Great stay in off season

For the off season, this was a great condo. It was clean and quite. The master bed was too soft for my liking and the kitchen could use some new cooking utensils. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Mattresses are a matter of personal preference, and one size does not fit all, though we have shared your comments with our Property Care Manager. Wonderful time!!

We loved the location of this property. We were a little bit nervous about the hurricane that was coming but felt confident in the building and the updates from the owners. We would definitely love to come back.

Nice place to stay, electric went out about a hour before we checked out had to pack all of our luggage from the 12th floor to the basement parking garage. Inconvenient tho not related to the room just the building in general

Room had a great ocean view. Was clean and had decent furniture. The master bathroom shower head was very low. I’m 6 foot tall and had to bend down to get my head under it. The faucet for the shower was very frustrating to use as well. The second bedroom that has the two beds was fine for kids other than the fact that the door could not be closed due to hitting the bed by the door. Kitchen was adequate and had all needed items to cook. This is the second time we have stayed at phoenix 6 we enjoy the location and the property. This room has an included garage spot which was a plus so there is no need to pay for on site parking.

Great location with nice amenities

The booking process was easy with great communication. We loved the location and the view of the ocean! Most items were in great condition with the exception of the shower heads in both bathrooms coming out of the wall, the primary bathroom handle falling off every time we used the facility, the main door scraping the tile floor, and the kitchen faucet splattering everywhere.The beds were comfy and the sofa in the living room was comfortable. Very cute decor! With a few minor upgrades, I believe the place would be really exceptional.

We arrived just as many were leaving! We went to one social and I enjoyed the last water aerobics of the winter. Loved our balcony and master bedroom overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom had two queen sized beds which would have been great but the door wouldn’t close due to end of the bed being in the way. We only used the master. Bedroom furniture needs to be updated. The glass table and dining room chairs were too large for the space and very uncomfortable. No complaints about the nice kitchen and living room with huge T V. I’m sure the owners will replace the hallway blind and do furniture updates. Staff was very friendly.

Please know that the maintenance of the pool is the responsibility of the building's HOA, and unfortunately, the closure was beyond our control. Overall the room was OK. Needs some fixes and upgrades, showing its age in both bathrooms. Flooring was updated in master but they cheaped out and didn't finish the bathroom so it doesn't match. The shower in master needs all new fixtures. The shower head is coming out of the wall and you need to be under 5 foot 5 to get under the shower head. The TV is the size of a computer monitor in the master. The door to the 2nd bedroom can't close because the 2nd bed is in the way. So...no privacy. Needs a lounge chair on the deck for the raining days when you are stuck in the condo. Like I said overall it was OK. Kitchen was stocked nicely but I did zero cooking. Overall, nothing to rave about. Phoenix 6 also is showing its age.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great for a 4 night stay with our family. Condo was clean but there were a few issues. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom was extremely loud and therefore not usable. The kitchen could use some more supplies, specifically utensils and knifes were pretty light.

Our condo was nice. Beautiful scenery, hospitality was great, and condo was clean. My one and only issue, which is a big one, is that the shower and toilet in the master bathroom didn't work. We arrived on Tuesday evening, went to enjoy the beach and pool, and came back to find out the shower and toilet didn't work. 7 people had to use 1 bathroom!!!! Ridiculous!! Maintenance was contracted, but of course didn't come til the next morning. At that time, the toilet was fixed but the shower was a no!!!! Needs a plumber. So again, 1 shower for 7 people for 3 nights!!! Otherwise, the place was great!!!

Great Location, Wonderful Condo & Awesome Staff

All restaurants a very short drive away, but right across the street was a very casual restaurant, ice cream shop & dougnuts! The condo was spacious, clean and just as described. Also nice to have the reserved & free parking space under cover. Emma at the rental office was terrific. Of course very helpful w/the booking, but also during our stay. The provided app was very handy too. I messaged Emma via the app to find the channel for the women's soccer match and she emailed back to look for the channel listing guide. Well when I returned to condo for lunch she had already slid 2 guides under our door. There were notices in the elevator about an early morning planned power loss for maintenance and Emma called & emailed to make sure we were aware. I appreciate good customer service and Emma delivered!

Fun Family Getaway

The property was just as it was pictured online. Everything was quaint, quiet, and clean! The square footage was just perfect for our family of four! A quick elevator ride to the lower level placed us on the beach and once we were done relaxing for the day, we could quickly shower, get dressed, and head out to local restaurants. Having a dedicated parking space and a washer/dryer combo was a huge plus! I washed everyday and we left with minimal dirty laundry. The facilities were comfortable and it was lovely sitting on the deck after the sun set to feel the breeze rolling off the waves. We would definitely stay here again!
