The unit was updated August 2014 with new furniture (living room, bedroom and patio), stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and kitchen cabinets. The unit has one bedroom and one bathroom that sleeps four comfortably. The kitchen has a large new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and small appliances (see pictures). The dining room seats four at the table and two at the kitchen bar. The living room has a flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, a queen sofa sleeper and two large chairs. The bathroom has new counter tops and a combined shower and tub.
The bedroom has a king bed, dresser, two night stands, 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. Ceiling fans are in both the living room and bedroom. The balcony, with breathtaking gulf views, seats four at the table and additional seating on a lounge chair. Tiled floors throughout the unit with carpet in the bedroo m. The u nit also has a washer and dryer.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
