Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

This was a nice property with easy access to the beach and great amenities. Unfortunately many of the dishes were dirty so we had to wash them before use. The dryer did not heat. We put in a maintenance request and received an automated response but it was never fixed. We tried to contact the host multiple times via the app, text and voicemail with no response. When I called again and was able to get through she was explained that they were short staffed so were not able to respond. There are so many properties to choose from we likely won’t stay at one owned by this host and don’t recommend it.

Throughout your stay, you were in communication with our team and shared how much fun you were having—so much so that you asked about extending your visit. Our team offered an additional night, which you initially declined. When you later changed your mind, the night had already been reserved by another guest, and you advised our team that this would result in a poor review. We’re disappointed that an otherwise enjoyable stay resulted in a negative review for this reason, as it unfairly affects both the condo’s reputation and our management team. Our maintenance team also responded to the dryer concern the following day and corrected the issue. We did not receive any reports about dirty dishes during your stay, but we would have gladly addressed them had we been notified. We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback and hope future reviews will fairly and accurately reflect the full experience. We wish you the best on your next beach getaway.

Our trip was perfect! The elevators were never crowded and the building was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were great for two adults and two children. Having two bathrooms was also a plus! The beds were super comfy :) The view from the balcony was wonderful. Having our coffee every day and seeing the waves crash in was just what this Indiana family needed! Thank you!!

We're unable to include parking as passes are picked up directly from the resort. Great room!

We loved this room! It’s close to the elevator, right on the beach with a perfect view, spacious & had great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay!

Celebration vacation

The property was beautiful and extremely well kept. The entire staff was helpful and polite. We all enjoyed the beautiful view of the gulf from our balcony.

Great location!

The condo was perfect for my family of four. My husband, 9 year old, 12 year old and myself. The beds and furniture were is great shape and slept well. We all enjoyed the balcony looking into the gulf and easy access to the beach.

We had a wonderful time

Everything was good except there was a bag of dirty laundry behind the pillow on the couch, that was weird but other than that it was perfect

Great location

Location was great. Plenty of elevators and check in was easy. Kitchen is lacking. Cabinets smelled musty making dishes also smell. Zero spices for cooking so bring your own. Very noisey from outside and neighboring units. Showing it's age.

Thanks for the frank feedback — we appreciate it! You’re absolutely right, the location can’t be beat, and Phoenix 6 tends to buzz with energy, especially once Memorial Weekend rolls around. If you’re ever in the mood for something a little more low-key, we’ve got plenty of quieter options we’d be happy to recommend. As for the kitchen, we steer clear of leaving perishables like spices and oils behind — not because we’re stingy, but because we prefer not to invite any unwelcome “guests” of the six-legged variety. We’ll have our team check on that musty cabinet smell to get things freshened up. Thanks again for the honest feedback — it helps us keep improving!
