** Please note repair work is scheduled from October 12 - December 12, 2026 and will impact all units. Guests should expect loud noise, dust, and construction equipment daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some balconies may be inaccessible, and the pool may close as needed. The west side of the parking lot near Seaside will be used for construction staging. Please do not approach construction crews at any time.

Everything was great I only one issue did not have a parking pass in the condo, but I called and they got me one the next morning but other than that everything was great. Hope to get to go back. I recommend this condo to anyone.

Anniversary Stay with My Wife

Central to Everything and Beach and Pool were Excellent. Enjoyed All the Restaurants in the area as well. Would rate Our Stay Excellent.

The condo was in meticulous shape. The kitchen had everything you could need, except maybe a Keurig. I will definitely stay here again.

Great condo

We really enjoyed the condo. A few things were outdated, but it was clean and you can't be the view! It was nicely decorated and we have no complaints! The only reason I gave the check in process 4 stars is because we were unaware that we had to go to an off site location to get a parking pass for $30.

This property is in renovation and it will look very nice when it is complete. Was disappointed the pool was not heated as advertised.

Great room. Great view. Everything was good.. only “negative” thing was the washer wouldn’t work.. but I didn’t come planning to wash clothes would have been a positive note if I could but definitely didn’t matter.. overall was great

We did try to get the washer repaired while you were staying with us but unfortunately, the washer and dryer ended up having to be completely replaced. They are both now in proper working order. Parking is available for 2 vehicles, with parking passes located inside the unit and the lot to the north of the property. We hope to host you again so we can show you a true 5 star stay! The unit was fine. We love coffee in the morning and when I went to make it I noticed it was about a fourth full of water. When I set it up it wouldn't work. I had to drive to McDonalds to get coffee which was aggravating since they were under staffed and it took 20 minutes just to get 2 coffees to go (5.50 by the way). When I got back I called and was told we would have a new coffee maker shortly. We had to step out for a while and I was told the property mgr would put it inside. I got a call an hour later saying the coffee maker was delivered. When we got back there was no coffee maker. I called again and they apologized and the new coffee maker would be there within 10 minutes. Then I got a text saying the coffee maker would be delivered within 20 minutes by the property mgr. An hour and a half later I was about to call again when Amazon knocked on the door with a new coffee maker. I guess I don't understand why they would say one was delivered when it wasn't and that twice the property mgr would be by with a new one. The people answering the phone didn't really sound like they knew what they were doing. Other than that the unit was fine.

Disappointed

Great location. Cute little condo. The bed and couch were horribly uncomfortable. Extremly stiff. Pillows werent comfortavle either. They have constriction going on and that woke us up most mornings. 2 morning we were awaken by a leak comong into the master bath from the unit above. Started on day 3 and they hadnt sent anyone to check on it by day 5. If the unit above took a shower at 5am, thats what time we had to get up because it was so annoying. Very disappointed.

5/10. It’s just okay.

We enjoyed the location and stay on the beach, however, this condo doesn’t exactly look like it does in the pictures. It’s very old and worn. Did not feel or smell clean. Floors were very sticky, countertops were very sticky. Shower in the master bathroom leaked constantly and kept us up most nights. Trim on floor is broken, worn away from the wall, and dirty. Stains on the couch and chair… We usually put down a towel to sit on. The grout on tile floor is visibly dirty. Especially in the bathrooms.It does have great hot water, though and the showers looked clean. Pool was heated and we enjoyed using it. Overall good, but definitely not great.

Fabulous rental!

Perfect for two or 4. Mainly 2, I like space. I wouldn’t sleep 6 unless small children. Fantastic view! Not commercialized area.
