Great location

Great location, property was clean, check in and out was easy. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Id definitely stay here again.

Amazing view, steps to the beach

We loved our stay. All of the workers were very personable. Who cares about the elevator we were on vacation! Loves it and plan to stay again

Quick getaway

We had a great time at the Phoenix All Suites. Great location and nice area to ge able to walk to most things we wanted to do. The pool is really too small for this size property and the drain was stopped up in the bathroom.

Nice view and great location.

Everything was great, a nice location, it has its own beach access, cleanless. The only thing was the mattress were way too old and sofa bed was old and not comfty, parking lot and access was easy to find and the lady at the office was so nice and friendly.

Difficult check out

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Check out was difficult due to being an older facility. Waiting for elevators was horrendous. Housekeeping also just let themselves into our room an hour before checkout without knocking and stood outside our door, while we were trying to leave. Otherwise, nice stay

Clean but not ideal

Property is older but very clean. We were surprised to Find that only one bed had a blanket. The others had sheets only and the pull out sofa, which was advertised as a bed, had NO SHEETS at all in the unit. We called the property manager only to find that they were “out of blankets”. Just seemed weird. The AC worked great tho. So that was a plus. No boardwalk out to the beach, so get ready to walk in sand the entire way. Pool Is long and skinny but was fine. The noise from club on property was soooo loud and all night :( That in itself is the reason for our lower rating.

Pictures are deceiving

I wish there was a way to share the photos I took. But the pictures posted are extremely inaccurate of this location. It was dirty, run down and not taken care of. When I sent pictures of our location the lady said she was immediately submitting a ticket, when the maintenance came they said “it’s stains and dust, nothing we can do” yes you can display appropriate photos, that match todays appearance of the room. Or, do the proper upkeep and cleaning of the place to not have the grime and stains. We put a sheet down on the couch to sit on it, and I wouldn’t even let my kids stay there. They stayed with another family as we were there for a baseball tournament. The price you are charged for this place does NOT match the condition. This is my first bad review I have written and we travel quite often. Very disgusted with this place and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible beds

The bed was very hard and the pull out couch wasn’t much better. They need to think about people with back problems trying to sleep on cement, it was ridiculous.

Anniversary R&R

Our 4th anniversary trip to the gulf and this was the best trip. So close and convenient to shopping, Hangout, and the beach. No washer and dryer but that is not a deal breaker for us. Slept comfortably every night. We will definitely keep this condo in our saved trips to return.

Stress free reservations

Booking this property was super easy, had a question and was answered within 3 mins. Very clean unit. Only thing i was leary about was the elevators at one point was giving a communication error so decided to use stairs which being on the 8th floor was a little stressful. All in all was a great, comfortable, and fun stay. Was witnin walking distance of the Hangout and all the stores and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Weekend Stay

Overall, although it is an older property with older property issues, luggage carts were hard to find, two broken but I assume they are working on replacing them. Elevator old, as far as location and the room, it was fine for what we needed.

Nice room poor elevators

Everything was ok here except the elevators do not work properly. When staying on the 8th floor and trying to carry an ice chest among other things it’s important to have a working elevator. As much as people pay to stay here the least you could have is a working elevator. For that reason I won’t stay here again.
