The ONLY Hotel on the BEACH in Gulf Shores…that's just like a condo!!!

Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

The view was impeccable. Location is ideal, tourist area of Gulf Shores is walkable. Bed and couch were very comfortable and clean. Virtual check in and out was super easy.

Great location. The place just wasn’t cleaned well. The master bedroom sheet/blankets had what looked like blood stains on it so we had our own blankets and pillows slept on the couch. Stains all over the walls. Also there is only one elevator so just be ready to wait for a bit

The ceiling fans need to be cleaned. Dirt on the blades looks gross. The sofa and living room chair both should be replaced. The cushions were shot. The view was awesome though.

The view was great. Check in was easy nice location, shopping and dining within walking distance. The room was decent. The master bed was very firm. It was fairly quiet, except for the doors slam pretty loudly. not much of a pool and no hot tub. As far as the price seemed a little high compared to others with more amenities.

Our favorite is sitting on the balcony watching the waves and listening to the beach sounds. The balcony was perfect for that! There was a small town feel to Gulf Shores and we liked that we could walk to the places we visited. The food was super and we had a great time!

The room could use more hand soap we didn’t have any for the kitchen sink, in the floor in the kitchen had food beside the cabinet (bread). The switch for the ice machine was broke so we couldn’t cut it off so it falls out of the ice bin. The full bathroom could use the walls to be wiped down.

The property was listed as if it were only the third or fourth floor. I was on the top floor. The floors were filthy. They turned my socks, black, and my feet black I had them come and re-Mark the floors and had to open the doors to the beach before it’s dry out everybody there was very nice especially the Security and The clean up people

Great location

This condo is at a great location. Can easily walk to many shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the elevators. They were very slow and very hot!!

Great until time to checkout!!

Elevators are very very slow. Waited 10-25 minutes. I ask for a late checkout (11:00) with no problem. But the code to the door stopped working at 5 minutes till 10. ( regular check out) had to go down 9 flights of stairs back to the office to get a new code because they would not give it to me over the phone. Then climb up 9 flights of stairs because I waited 20 minutes for elevator and it still didn’t come. Check out is terrible because of the elevators. Beach is nice, close to restaurants and souvenir shops. A lot of attractions around condo!!
