Just 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk! This studio-condo sleeps 4 and features two full beds and a bunkbed (everyone could have their own bed!). The studio also features a kitchenette, microwave, small fridge, bathroom with tub/shower.
Common areas include a pool, lounge chairs, BBQ area, outdoor seating, WiFi, and assigned parking spot (#202).

The space:
Second floor unit with four beds (2 doubled, and a bunkbed) comfortably sleeps 4, and bathroom with tub/shower, hair dryer.
Relax on the deck, chill in the pool, or rest inside, with air conditioning and a nice Smart TV.
The kitchenette includes a 4.3 cu. ft. fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and essential cookware for preparing simple meals.
The unit comes with linens and bath towels, provided for your convenience.
You also have access to the pool, and use of the BBQ grill area.
One assigned parking space.
Please note: The unit is on the top floor accessible by stairs. There is no elevator.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcomed to enjoy amenities such as the pool, BBQ area, and sun decks (pool is open daily from 10 am until 8 pm).
Please: do not bring glass containers in the pool area (for safety reasons).
Please note: smoking is allowed only in the designated area new the BBQ grills on the ground floor. Smoking on the decks and in the rooms in not permitted.

Interaction with guests
You will have one assigned parking spot (#202).
You will find a parking placard on dresser in the unit. Please display the placard in your car during your stay. Remember to leave the placard in the unit before you leave. Thank you!
Smoking is only permitted in the designated area by the BBQ grills. A fine may be issued for violations.
No pets allowed – no exceptions.
The main guest must be 25 years or older to book and stay at Sunflower Beach Club due to HOA policy.
No glass containers are allowed in the pool and sun deck areas for safety reasons.

Perfect for if you just care about having a place to sleep and shower while down the shore. Very clean kept and instructions for check in and out were super clear! Will absolutely stay again if property is available when looking next year

The studio efficiency was very clean and comfortable. Great proximity to the beach/boardwalk. Walking distance from many restaurants/food venues. Loved sitting on the balcony. Very relaxing.

Host was really responsive and accommodating. Unit is right near the boardwalk and was right where we needed to be for the Beach Blast fields. Check in and out was really easy and host answered any questions I had very quickly through the app messages.

The studio was a little smaller than I expected, but had everything we needed. The location was excellent. All the places in Wildwood seemed really expensive, so the price with what you get there. The host provided all the information we needed prior to check-in and everything was clear and easy. And when we accidently left something, was highly responsive and helpful, so we could go back and get it. My only recommendation for improvement is to add some hooks in the bathroom. Being a beach town, you need more places to hang towels to dry. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Simple efficiency only one block from the boardwalk. Relatively quiet street Wildwood. The room itself is definitely tight with four people, but if you're just looking for a place to rest, shower, and head back out to the beach, this is your place. The pool was clean though it closes at 6:00 p.m. which made a difficult for us to use. Designated parking spot that was included with the rental was outstanding and overall we had a great stay. The only random thing of note is that the metal bunk bed was very squeaky when my kids made the slightest movements. Just something to keep in mind. Air conditioning worked great and cooled the entire place and there was great water pressure in the shower. Also, great communication with the host. Super responsive, friendly, and helpful. We'll definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the property was very family-friendly. The pool was a great bonus, and the host was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as expected. Roberto was an excellent host; he answered all of my questions and responded to my texts promptly, which made everything easy. The location was great, with an easy walk to the boardwalk. We had a lot of fun and would definitely stay here again!
