Very convenient out the room to the beach and pool. Great for dog walks. Very comfortable bed. Host was quick to get back to me when I had any questions & the place was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean would definitely stay again.

You get what you pay for. The price was cheap.Pros:LocationOceanfrontClean linens and towelsCons:Moldy shower curtain - called and spoke with assistant property manager, Susan, who was very nice. She called the maintenance guy who never brought us a shower curtain. After 9 hours on the road and an hour more of waiting at 11 PM, she was kind enough to give us a shower curtain out of another room.Ridiculous amount of fruit flies. we had to go to Walmart and buy 3 different fruit fly traps.Smelled musty and moldy.The piece of wood to block the patio door from being opened is black and moldy. Paint chipping all over the balcony. Rusty screws or nails coming out of the ceiling and walls.

Very convenient location. The battery keypad door kept locking us out. They came to help each time but alas, frustrating it kept happening. There were gnats coming from the drains so I was constantly killing/trapping and trying to keep drains plugged so more couldn’t enter the space. I would have like a bit more in the kitchen, it stated there wasn’t much and it had what it said I would just have liked: a cookie sheet to use in oven for pizza, chicken nuggets, etc…a toaster…Safe, awesome proximity to ocean and convention center, parking was so easy…

The room in the pics was a completely different room than the one I got. The couch was so dirty that we couldn't ever use it, there was dog hair on everything that affected my kids allergies. The sliding door wouldn't lock which was a safety issue. I had to buy my own toilet paper or pay 50 for a refresher package. I would give it a 3/10. Definitely will go somewhere else the next time we visit.

The ocean view and beach front is wonderful on this property How ever there are couple of things to be noted There is no exhaust vent in the bathroom so smells stay in the room. The building is not well maintained it’s dirty and trash overflows outside one of the doorsWe mentioned we were three gusts only two sets of towels were provided There is no dishwasher which I should have checked for prior to booking. Hand soap. Dish scrub were not provided

The first room was not great. Unfortunately, the 2 smoke detectors did not work, the TV did not work and the sliding glass door did not lock (first floor). The room was a bit dirty looking. But the next day the host moved us to another room (everything worked) and appeared to be cleaner. The host was very nice and offered to let us stay another night free of charge. The hotel is right on the beach so that was great for the views. All in all, it worked out fine.

Not as pictured

Check in door codes arrive 3:45 ahead of 4:00 check in. The bottom floor unit was convenient. Luggage carts were available. The unit was not the one pictured. No table and chairs, no coffee pot or mugs, butcher block counter, rusty 4 coil stove, difficult microwave no table on balcony and microwave underneath light and oven light not working. Kitchen had one large spoon, some cutlery, glasses 4 piece cook-set and some plastic dishes . Bathroom was not the one pictured NO towel bars at all but nice tile shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. Good mattresses but still in plastic and hard to keep the bottom sheets on. An old property with some attempts to update. Just a few hooks in the bathroom would help a lot. Very convenient to the beach but no ramps on either beach access deck.
