Not a bad thing to say about this experience. Host was extremely responsive and helpful, looked exactly like the pictures, had everything we needed, location was perfect and the included parking was such a perk! Highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back!

Excellent location, excellent price, and an absolutely perfect stay. Very clean unit with a fun city loft vibe. While I was able to find the Parking Garage and get the keys easily on my own, the Videos posted by the property owner are a HUGE help. If you are not familiar with Chicago or simply City Driving, the videos make finding your way super easy. The neighborhood is clean and safe, with plenty of dining and a couple late night options within blocks. Target, CVS, and any other necessities are just a block or two away. You cant beat the price in this part of the city.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The hosts are exceptionally communicative and helpful. Loved having a place to park my car, and the hosts set it up so my license plate was recognized at the gate so that parking was free. The unit was very clean and spacious. Note, the kitchen does not have pots or pans to cook, so plan on eating out!

Great stay. I'm from the area but had friends visiting from out of town. This was a great location only a quick walk to Michigan Avenue and 15 minutes from the loop. The apartment was spacious, and I appreciated having disney plus/netflix signed into the TV. The check-in and check-out was really easy with an accompanying video and easy lockbox location. Host/company was also very communicative, and let me grab something I forgot in my rental after checking out!Parking space was also clutch, just make sure you tell them you need it ahead of time. Would probably book again for any future visits.

really nice place in a great location. Pretty effortless check in a and check out. It does seem you have to pay for the parking, which would have factored into my decision to choose this spot (38). I thought it was included but as we left, we were forced to pay to leave the parking lot. Also, parking is in a nearby building but really not far at all.

Positives: Location of this unit was spot-on. You can pretty much walk to everything (a ton of restaurants for sure!), or easily take the L. Management was extremely communicative, which was nice. Super easy check-in process. The condo was clean. Negatives: If you plan on cooking, know that the kitchen is not well-equipped. Unit faces an alley, which means no natural light. Because of its proximity to the alley, the unit was extremely noisy at 5:30AM every morning due to deliveries and trash pickup. Hot & humid weather in Chicago meant we were running A/C and bedrooms were not well-cooled at night, regardless of temperature settings.

Important to know:- Non-refundable booking. They will not refund you under any circumstance.- “Parking access” means a third-party paid garage is 2 blocks away. You pay through the metropolis app. 1 vehicle only. Any undesignated spot on floors 2-4.- Check out is 10am. Seriously?- The unit is on the first floor next to an alley. Be prepared for early morning dumpster noise and cars honking.- The building’s plumbing is exposed overhead in the room so you hear the drain pipes constantly. - The key fobs to get into the exterior doors don’t always work. - The pull out couch is rock hard and wouldn’t recommend using it.- Minor: they make you take your own trash out. I haven’t seen a STR do this in years.

This place was amazing! It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the mattresses were comfortable, and there were nice touches like Q-tips, cotton balls & nice facial tissues in the bathrooms. We were in Chicago for appointments at Northwestern medical campus & it was very close to that, as well as Michigan Ave. shopping in between appointments. I would definitely stay here again!
