Great place to stay! The location was excellent, and there was plenty of space for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful experience. We'd definitely stay here again

Great stay at this property. We had to book very last minute due to a flight cancelation and delays. We had some trouble at check in when we arrived due to our own errors at 2:30am. Best part was we were able to reach someone immediately and they walked us through it. That was amazing! Highly recommend this property, as the communication was great.

This 5-bedroom Chicago apartment was an exceptional find for our group, offering a rare combination of ample space, safety, and convenience. The location is incredibly walkable and just a short distance from the beach, which made for wonderful morning walks and beautiful views. The neighborhood has a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere with a large student population, giving the area a lively yet entirely safe energy. One of the biggest highlights was the excellent, hassle-free parking, which is an absolute game-changer for anyone traveling by car in Chicago. With plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably without feeling cramped, this spot is highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless, perfectly located city stay.

Not nearly as presented… front yard not mowed, “common area” i.e. the stairs had peeling paint, dangling light fixture, dirty carpet. Interior of unit lacking effective window blinds. Two baths are at one end of the unit, so front two bedrooms walk full length of unit to get to bathroom. Kitchen is worn.

Very spacious, with an amazing layout that offers privacy in individual rooms yet also multiple family gathering spaces. Lovely furnishings & everything you need to cook or dine in. I never leave home without my own sheets but i was uncharacteristically comfortable sleeping on their bedding, which were very clean & well maintained. Well appointed with giant TVs set up for streaming in every room! Quick walk to public transit & close to the top of Lakeshore Drive - lots of local options too, and you can see the gorgeous lakefront from the front door. Parking can be a challenge as the evening gets later but we found spaces readily, and were very comfortable in the neighborhood.

Please DO NOT stay here! Me and 6 other travelers paid to stay at this dump! We were there to celebrate ny daughter birthday. The pictures are very deceiving. It's old, outdated and dirty! I have pictures to prove it. We walked in and saw the property and it was disgusting. I called the property manager immediately. Sent them pictures and we left. We were sitting on the streets for 2 hours (because we traveled via train) trying to find a place to stay for the weekend.There was a game and a concert there so almost everything was full. Luckily we found something an hour and a half away. They refused to refund me or even consider giving a portion of our money back. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

Great, safe location super close to a really nice beach. Condo was super spacious and comfortable with lots of windows and light and everything we needed. Restaurants, coffee, groceries, train all within short walking distance. Parking was no issue on street with provided passes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I would never recommend this condo. It is literally falling apart. Girls were trapped in the bedroom and had to call for help. No air conditioning, windows were not working properly, water stains on the ceiling and still not 100% sure if a door locked properly...ended up using a cooler and chair to make it difficult to open. It was filthy under things when we were looking for our air pods. The pictures look good on the VRBO sight however that is not what we found when arrived. Lawn out front was also very overgrown. I did take photos and have videos of all the issues.
