it was clean, one room had a disabled fire detector however. dishes were still in the dishwasher, but we just ran it again. area is transitioning, but its a close enough walk to where we wanted to go. it was good for the price, no real complaints.

Philly Townhouse

My family had an incredible time in Philadelphia, using this townhouse as our home for the week. The location is prime for walking (or using public transportation) to a large percentage of the city’s historical sites. The view of the city and the Ben Franklin bridge from the balcony are amazing. The townhome is really spacious and the reserved parking spot made things really convenient (especially for out of towners not used to Philly parking). 5 stars for this property, convenience and comfort 10/10!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this home. The layout was very convenient, featuring a half-bath on the first floor and full bathrooms on both the second and third floors. The property was clean, safe, and located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. For those who enjoy staying active, there is a protected running path less than five minutes away. The host was incredibly responsive, making the entire experience seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home!
