This was our second stay at this property. The home is charming and cozy with everything we needed to be comfortable. The location was great and the neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We love the entire area and will for sure be back. Look forward to booking again in the future! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This cozy place was wonderful to stay at with family. They said it was like staying at GranMa’s house . It was centrally located to so many places we wanted to see. The grocery stores were convenient too. We will be back.

The place was comfortable. The kitchen has a built-in breakfast nook that was fine for meals. The beds were ok. There is a ramp coming into the back door where we parked, which is good for people that are challenged by steps, but there is a step down from the main living quarters to the TV/sitting area which needs to be navigated. For the price I was expecting a somewhat classier house, but it met our needs fine.

Overall was a good property for 4 people to explore the Superior/Duluth area. House was clean and roomy. Beds comfortable. Kitchen was nicely updated and easy to make meals. Appreciated all the information on the area and the bottle of wine was a nice surprise. Nice quiet neighborhood not far from Lake Superior, wish we had more time to explore. Loved all the architectural historic parts of the house. Only thing to remember is with being an older house the wood floors were very creaky so hard to be quiet when others are still sleeping.

Love the home, cozy and comfortable. Very clean. Love the woodwork and breakfast nook. Only issue was 5 woman with one bathroom but we made it work. Great location as we were in town to attend music festival. Would definitely rent again and recommend. If this house was closer to me I’d want to buy it!

My family absolutely loved this house. My littles loved the games and puzzles and my older kids loved the books. Thank you for your kindness in letting my daughter finish the book! It was a great experience. Many blessings to you, your family, and your business!

This house is fantastic! We really enjoyed how the historic beauty of the house was maintained so we could step back in time, yet have the modern conveniences to be comfortable. It would clearly take extensive effort to keep this house in such beautiful condition. It is fastidiously clean, neat and organized. Our group wished we could have stayed longer. Communication was clear and the host was responsive. This experience sets a high bar for other rentals and I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay.
