To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, we reserve this home for families and quiet groups looking for a relaxing stay. This is a peaceful, upscale neighborhood just 20–25 minutes from all the best parts of San Diego—the beaches, Downtown, Balboa Park, you name it. Since we`re just outside of city limits, you save 11.75% compared to staying in the rest of San Diego while still being close to all the action!

- This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. Our neighbors are retired and are very noise-sensitive, so they will let us know if our guests are being rowdy past the noise curfew after 10 pm.

▪️ Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night if not disclosed.
▪️ Smoking indoors will incur a $400 charge.
▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc ($100 fee will apply).
▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc. $500 fee will apply)
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ Well-behaved pets are welcome per our pet policy! ($100 per pet per month).
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
▪️ Guest cannot alter the property, move furniture or appliances, remove any signage, or bring in their own furniture (incl but not limited to: rugs, chairs, artwork, etc.)
▪️ Guest must have valid working phone number, Any intent from a guest to establish tenancy, or overstay on the property longer than the agreed upon end date or without paying in advance is considered “criminal trespassing” and will be treated as such.
