Fantastic Bay Park Home with wonderfully central location, minutes to all attractions San Diego has to offer! The beach, bay, Seaworld, Zoo, Balboa Park, downtown etc...are all just minutes away!

Beautiful Bay and Ocean views from deck,kitchen,living and dining rooms! Gas fireplace in living room, large well-appointed kitchen with travertine and granite accents, farm sink plus additional prep-sink for easy meal making! Master bedroom boasts lovely attached bath w/marble and tile accents and a beautiful vanity area. 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath provide plenty of room for all.

Plus, for those in your group who may enjoy a bit more privacy, the lower attached guest cottage provides an additional master bedroom and attached bath, sitting area w/sofa bed, mini kitchenette,laundry, flickering electric firplace and garden patio!

Enjoy the sun setting over the water with a glass of wine by the cozy outdoor firepit. A perfect spot for viewing the seasonal Seaworld fireworks show as well! Gorgeous,large yard w/mature fruit trees and cascading grapevines overhead!

JUST WOW!

If you’re looking for a great home to stay at in San Diego, this is your spot! The house was absolutely perfect for our family and John and Kerri were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Hopefully, we’ll be in the same baseball tournament next year, and I will be booking this house for sure!! Thank you for the best week ever. Now, back to reality.

This property was perfect for our needs. We were visiting SD for Comicon and the house had plenty of space for two families and was a quick Uber to downtown and the airport. The house sits on a hill overlooking the bay and there are great views of the fireworks show at SeaWorld. The owner was very attentive and checked in frequently to ensure we had a positive experience. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay again on visits to SD!

Loved this property. A beautiful home with an awesome view from top deck. The seperate apartment was awesome. Grass yard was great for kids. Owners were very responsive. Family and I would love to stay here again

Great location, really spacious and nice house that was fully equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen and with pack and plays, high chairs, and even a stroller! The backyard space was an absolute dream. Kerri and John were really communicative and responsive, too! 100% would recommend.

San Diego Family Reunion

Great location, great property. Very spacious with lots of room to spread out. Sunset on the deck and fireworks from Sea World as fun. Would come again.

San Diego charm

We loved our stay in San Diego. The home was in a convenient location for everything we wanted to see. Our hosts, John and Kerri, were excellent. They communicated promptly when I had a question. John came out immediately when one of our shower handles broke, and repaired it.

Graduation Weekend

We were in San Diego for our son’s graduation from University of San Diego - only a 15 min drive away. Stayed with my dad and sister and brother in law. Had a great stay. The house was perfect for our stay - separate space for each of us at night and plenty of room for cooking and meals. We loved the outdoors too - my dad in particular loved the swing chair under the deck ny the BBQ. We sat there the first night with him on the swing just smiling. We highly recommend this house.

Great stay for larger families and kids

Our group of 10 stayed at this property comfortably for 5 days (6 adults and 4 kids). The kitchen was great, we cook a lot and it had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the pack and plays, high chairs, stroller etc for our younger kids. The heat of the water is inconsistent throughout the house (some too hot for kids even when all heat knobs are adjusted) so just something to be aware of. Would recommend this stay!

Had a fantastic time! Great location! Owners were very helpful and were quick to respond to questions. Loved the lemon, orange and loquat trees!! Very accommodating place for us. The downstairs apartment was perfect for two family members that are early risers

lovely cozy home, every room equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen all cooking accessories to entertainment in specious living room and playground for kids/adults, everybody liked the sleeping quaters contrable beds and warm blankets, looking forward to returned

Perfect for the family

This was a fantastic property for our family get together. It is spacious, so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is much larger than it appears in the pictures, and is well stocked. The back yard play structure kept the kids entertained for hours. There were games and puzzles available. Very clean. We will definitely be making another trip here soon.

Wedding trip

Area was poorly cleaned, one shower had no hot water for 4 out of 6 days, there was an infestation of black ants and other insects, and the hosts were unprofessional. I’ve utilized VRBOs for years and never been disappointed until now. Over the past days since staying at this place, I’ve attempted to resolve but host is too difficult. I would never recommend this place. Requested a reasonably refund to cover the non-use of the broken shower but the host only agreed to a part of my offer.

Great Location, Comfortable for a large group

Lovely home, very comfortable set up for a large group of extended family. Having 3 full bathrooms was amazing. The deck was lovely too. Perfect spot for our family reunion. Very convenient drive to everywhere we wanted to go and local neighborhood had a great coffee shop and restaurants. Anytime we had a question hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Friendly Vacation Home

This house was the perfect place for our family vacation with 7 adults and two babies. The layout allowed everyone to relax without being on top of each other and the little ones loved playing in the backyard. We were very close to the beach and looked forward to returning to the house to relax and enjoy fun evenings.

Great summer stay with friends!

I booked this property to use as a home base while attending San Diego Comic-Con and enjoying the city with friends. We found the house to be very comfortable, even in midsummer heat, and spacious enough for 10 adults. The host was friendly and helpful, and the backyard deck and patio was a particular highlight.
