Each bedroom has its own Mini-Split to allow for personalized control of your heating and air conditioning, in addition to the ceiling fan in each room.

Our El Cajon home has 3 separate full bathrooms. The master bathroom is linked to the master bedroom. Another bathroom can be shared amongst the two queen bedrooms and enjoys a full shower and bathtub. The main bathroom off the kitchen also has a full shower allowing the bedroom by the pool to enjoy their own private bathroom and feel like an additional master bedroom.

With a fully-stocked kitchen and efficient appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you need. We even provide salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee.

As a guest, you will have access to the entire property, including the private backyard & pool and all garage and driveway parking. There are three parking spots available: two in the driveway and one in the garage.

Public Trolley Transportation is 10 minute walk away. It is a convenient and cheap way to travel around San Diego. Ubers and Lyfts also service the area.

☆ Vendors to expect during your stay. Lawn care and Pool care is on MONDAY.

☆ The home has an exterior Ring security camera that faces the front door entrance to ensure safety and occupancy limits are not being exceeded. It is not located inside the home. A Minut noise monitor is on the ceiling of the game room to ensure noise levels do not reach inappropriate levels that would disturb the neighbors. It does not monitor what anyone is saying. Both of these will be on during your stay.

☆ Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host, with no refund and minimum 500USD fee.

☆ Please note that the pool is not heated.

☆ Rental Agreement & ID: A rental agreement is required to be signed within 24 hours of booking. A copy of a valid government-issued ID is also required by our insurance provider. Reservations may be cancelled if these are not completed within the 24-hour window.

☆ Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation or refund policy.

☆ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
Rental Agreement

Please read and sign the agreement below

Guest, and

Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

OCCUPANCY TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates. Check in shall be no earlier than the standard check in time on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than the standard check out time on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out. For any request to occupy a property in excess of 2 days, a separate agreement shall be required.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A noise monitor may be used to monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 75 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 75 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.

OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall not exceed the maximum occupancy permitted for the property. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.

BOOKING FEES. Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. By signing this Agreement, Guest authorizes Host to charge the credit card provided as needed to cover any costs incurred under this Agreement. Again, this DOES NOT apply to Airbnb guests.

Credit Card Processing Fees & Cancellations (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU): All reservations are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within the refund-eligible period, the refund will be issued minus the credit card processing fee, which is equal to 5% of the total reservation amount. These fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered. By booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
