Thank you for choosing Corner Penthouse and for the thoughtful review. We’re glad the spacious layout, large deck, comfortable living area, dining table, well-equipped kitchen, and cleanliness worked well for your family. We apologize for the earlier communication gap via the app and emails — thank you for calling. We’ll work to improve our pre-arrival response process so messages are handled more consistently. The stairs are indeed numerous, and we appreciate the note for future guests. Regarding kitchen supplies, we provide a starter pack of essentials, but guests should plan to bring spices, oils, baggies, foil, etc. We’ll make that clearer in our pre-arrival information.
