The property and communication was great. Great place for families. Loved the games and rock painting for kids. Very comfortable! Unfortunately, the next door neighbor has 4 dogs that barked a lot, even at night and affected one of the bedrooms.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for your kind compliments about our home. We strive to ensure our home and property are the best they can be for our guests. Unfortunately, we are not able to control our neighbors or their dogs. However, we do take guest feedback seriously and plan to install a privacy fence along that side of the property this winter. In the meantime, we have added a white noise machine to the bedroom closest to that side of the house to help provide a more restful experience for our guests. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

The house was very clean and beautiful! It has everything you need to just sit back and relax.It was in a great location for the Hatfield McCoy trails and the host was very responsive and could answer any question I had. I would definately stay there again!

If you are looking for a clean well decorated and all the ammenities for 6 or more people this is the house for you. Mud room laundry and 2 living rooms with tvs. I cannot say enough of how we were pleased with this rental...SO STOP READING AND BOOK IT!!!!!!

This house was awesome! It was very clean you had everything you could think of to need for your stay. The host was amazing and checked on us to make sure we arrived and if we had a question she responded quickly! The kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed. Our Luna (dog) loved the openness to play with her toys. I highly recommend booking this house it was close to a lot of restaurants, dollar general, and really anything you need.

The house was very clean and furnished. You only need to bring your personal items. All you need to do is show up and have fun. Elisa was also very responsive and will answer any questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house was beautiful and conventionally located! The host took care of us above and beyond, one of the best host we have ever had at a short term rental! The house provided everything we needed and more.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you felt your stay was only three stars based on what we deem is potentially an extremely rare occurrence (we have never encountered this issue). We strive to keep our home clean, comfortable and welcoming to all of our guests.

The property was great with plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking and baking. Beds were comfortable and the couch was big enough for all of us to sit and enjoy movies. There was also plenty of space for all of us at the dining room table. I should have checked with the owner about the handicapped accessibility of the house. We traveled with my mother, who uses a cane. She was able to get in the house with the use of a portable step we found in the closet of the main bedroom. However, she could not get on the bed in the downstairs bedroom and could not get into the tub downstairs. We were able to utilize the couch bed for her, which worked just fine. Again, I should have asked. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice property. We had a minor issue with the landscapers leaving grass clippings everywhere, contacted host and within the hour everything was corrected. Would definitely stay here again.
