Beautiful place, sea view from sun room. Laty (host) was easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. Lots of room and wonderfully kept.

The house was safe, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view. Good access to Nice, Eze, and Monaco. The owner was helpful in recommending places for groceries and food nearby. The sun room is amazing, beds and sitting areas are comfortable, and the heated floors in the bathroom were so nice in the morning.

Wonderful spot for a family

Stayed here with our two young boys - Laty was a very gracious host and the house is perfect. Comfortable, great location, and private parking - all essentials! Would love to come stay again.

The apartment is lovely. Views are fantastic. Has great AC and everything you need. Latty was the perfect host and we hope we’ll be back.

This was a great VRBO. The views were awesome and the place was very comfortable and clean. Every extra item you could want was available in the kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great stay!

Beautiful view. Comfortable house. We loved the medieval accents around the house and a very beautiful yard. Great location. The host was very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed staying there.

Beautiful

It was a beautiful property centrally located to drive into many cities. The check-in process and communication from the owner was fantastic. Amazing view with a comfortable bed and nice accommodations.

What an amazing region and this delightful apartment is great place to stay, minutes away from Èze and Monaco. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the terrace. Laty was kind, welcoming, and responsive, a great host.

So clean, nice, and fantastic location

Minutes from Monaco, easy 20 minute drive to Nice, 10 minutes “up the hill” to exquisite, historic Eze. Charming house that is so clean; high end finished and great bathroom; we LOVED chilling and BBQing on the huge patio outside-bought fabulous meat and veggies in Monaco’s big supermarket on their main drag. We would definitely stay here agai!

Comfortable Stay

We stayed for 3 nights to attend the Monaco GP. The house was just right for 3 people. Easy drive to Monaco and Cap D'ail for groceries and take-out. Good communication with the host.

Great Place in Eze

This is a lovely little apartment. The hostess was fantastic and very helpful. The department was clean and had all of the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay. The apartment is not separate, but part of a large house. While it does feel private, there is a family that lives above. It is a little difficult to get to the beach but easily accessible by car if you can find a parking space. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay

The accommodations were great - very clean and well designed. Although we never met our hostess Laty, she was always available and helpful on the phone. One thing to note is that it is very important to have a car if you will be staying at this location. We arrived too late in Nice to rent a car, so we had to go the first night by taxi, and that was a bit of a challenge. But if you have a car, it is a great place with a great view. There was BBQ pit that is exclusively available, which was loaded with briquettes and ready to go for us, which was a very thoughtful touch.

YES Please!

This property is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, well equipped and inviting. This was our first trip to Europe so we tried to jam everything into 8 days. We only scheduled two nights at this property - big mistake! We can’t wait to rebook this property when we can come back and stay at a minimum of one week just hanging and immersing ourself in beach life, wine bars and local shopping in Eze proper. Please let it be possible to go back soon! 😊💖

Beautiful Stay! Above and Beyond!

Laty was an absolutely amazing host! Not only was her place beautiful and very well maintained but everything seemed like brand new! She was a true host to us and made us feel at home. She personally showed us around and gave us great trip ideas. The use of the boat for the day was AMAZING!! We got to experience the Mediterranean first hand! The apartment was perfect for us! The view was spectacular and the drive up was easy. We were very happy to have stayed there and have met Laty. We will be back to stay in her place again! If you are planning any time in the French Riviera, this location is amazing! Parking easy. Close proximity to Monaco, Nice and the magical city of Eze. Thank you Laty for showing us your beautiful home and town!!

Lovely home in the sky!

We had a lovely stay at this home. Laty was a fabulous and responsive host. Home was very comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen for self catering and wonderful view. The outdoor space is spectacular with wood grill, outdoor seating and even more view. Although part of a multi unit complex, it feels like a single family and is very private. This area is almost exclusively built into a cliff so arriving anywhere requires driving on many hairpin turns. One requires a car to go to restaurants and shops, but none are very far . Highly recommend getting a small rental car vs an SUV…roads not built for large cars! Finding the home was a bit challenging, but Laty sent us a video of how to arrive that was spot on. So it was easy once we found the access road off the main highway. We would definitely recommend!

11 days stay

We stayed here with 5 persons for 11 days. The apartment was not as described in the online advertisement. The rooms were small. The doors of the bathroom and toilet couldn’t closed properly. The fifth person sleep in very small bed, which was not comfortable. The parking place was nearly capable for 2 normal sized cars. It was really tight. The apartment was not really clean, even the water can of the coffee machine was green. Also, the plates were not clean. Furthermore, the owner of the appartement was not really friendly. Nevertheless, the location is beautiful.

I have always had clean and friendly customers. I now understand why you have no comments on your page. you're lucky I didn't want to cut your stay short. despite the electrical connection of your car on the sly from the house without authorization and the waste of hundreds of liters of water with your inflatable pool during a period of water restrictions... 👹 what an idea to stay by the sea by bringing an inflatable pool .. a piece of advice stay at home by installing your miserable swimming pool on your terrace 😃😃😃😃 that said you can say what you want... I am untouchable because I take care of my respectful customers very well as they become friends. good continuation.😡

Casa aparentemente perfecta

Hemos estado la familia 3 noches. Casa perfecta con decoración de Maison du Monde al detalle. Pero en algunas cosas básicas tipo armarios de las habitaciones, la cuberteria escasa, no había luz en la zona de barbacoa y las toallas de ducha q eran pequeñas.... en las que falla hacen que sea lo que te falte para sentirte como en casa. Por lo demás perfecta para una estancia en la Costa Azul aunque se echa de menos que no tenga piscina. Totalmente recomendable.

The host was very attentive. The property was difficult to locate initially, but the video from the host was helpful. The property is very close to Monaco. It is not far from Nice. It takes 40 minutes to drive from the Nice airport to the property. Plage Saint-Laurent is a nearby beach we visited. I drove the roads in the French Riviera when I was in my 20s. Now that I'm in my 50s, I found the tight turns and narrow roads more challenging to negotiate.

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach wunderbar! Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine gibt es. Die Betten schlafen sich gut. Es gibt auch einen Fernseher mit super vielen Programmen. Die Terrasse ist auch super schön! Alles war sauber und schön hergerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war komplikationslos und gut. Alles in allem: die Ferienwohnung ist einfach nur toll! Wir würden dort immer wieder Urlaub machen:-)
