Great house for a family week

This house was comfortable, spacious, and so close to the beach. Great family memories were made!

Great time

Fabulous property just off the beach. Great location and fantastic house. Plenty of room and loved retro feel.

Easy Breezy

Great house with excellent amenities, well stocked, excellent beds. Love the elevator, would suggest more outside lighting on parking lot side, otherwise will try to stay here again.

Beautiful home

We had a great time. Loved the screened porches and proximity to beaches. Some problems included ants ( traps helped eventually), tv set up is not great- had help come but we didn't turn off as it was so difficult to get connection. Internet worked but connection with tv was not consistent. ( lots of buffering). Lastly ice maker not working and ice maker on fridge, very weak. Otherwise it was a great week. We enjoyed evenings up on widows walk.

Excellent

Classic beach house with knotty pine walls throughout and oak floors. The porches were numerous and wonderful. The master suite was very comfortable and spacious. Family treasures abound throughout the house. Very easy to cross the lawn to the beach access and be at the beach within 120 feet. The kitchen was well equipped and fun to prepare meals. The dining table on the screen porch was a favorite.

Nice beach house

We enjoyed our Stay at East Breezy. The house has a nice layout and a great location. The upper roof deck is great for watching sunsets. The kitchen was well appointed. Only disappointment was not really understanding the 5th bedroom in basement as it pertained to way it was advertised. It was dusty, had cobwebs and smelled of gasoline, so the guests that were staying there ended up sleeping on an air mattress instead of that room. Other than that, if you need a house with 4 nice bedrooms and a wonderful layout, it a great one!

OK

Fifth downstairs bedroom was uninhabitable. Smelled of moth balls, cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Very disappointed in the lack of space for our family in that regards.

Good

Loved the house and location and easy access to the beach. The ants were bad (hundreds of them) the whole week though. We were very careful keeping food in the fridge or a closed cooler and cleaning up crumbs and they were still bad coming out of many different cracks in the kitchen and an upstairs bathroom. We bought ant traps and spray and had to spray often. If the ant situation gets better we will rent this house again.

Excellent

My family had The Best Time. House was perfect! Very comfortable beach home. Bedding was fantastic. The two frogs were awesome. House was fully stocked with everything we needed for eating our meals in, etc. We loved the screen porch at night. Close access chk beach is always nice with kids. The owners need to replace some shaky wood railings on back steps. There is some rotting wood. I'd like to Trent it again next year for sure. The location is great and we can't wait to come back. Thank you very much!! Wooten

Nice Home

Nice cozy home with a well stocked kitchen. Bedding was very nice and bath towels were fluffy. Plenty of patio and deck space. Beach access is a very short walk out the back door. I specifically asked beforehand if an iron and ironing board was provided, and there wasn't. We flew in for a black tie wedding and not having a way to press our attire was problematic. If would have been nice to have a working elevator so we didn't have to carry suitcases, groceries, etc up and down wet, slippery stairs in the rain. Also, lighting is needed on the stairs and the driveway.

Easy Breezy Home Review

We loved so much about Easy Breezy. It's a great house. The improvements we suggest would be; 1) The lighting. Many bulbs were burned out throughout the house Poor lighting in the dining area and on the front porch and outdoor areas…especially, driveway area and steps leading to driveway. 2) The french doors on the second floor do not lock easily and a child can get out on the upper deck that leads to the crow's nest at the very top. 3) The bathrooms in the upstairs room with twin beds could be updated to be more comfortable… it's a small shower and tight fit. It's very outdated. 4) It would be nice to have a gas grill outside. Most people grill out in the summer. There is a charcoal grill but no charcoal. 5) Poor internet service in the big den area where people usually sit. These improvements would be very nice changes. We enjoyed our time there and plan to come back next year.

Easy Breezy

We love Easy Breezy. It is truly a beach house . The design of flow through ventilation really is pleasant and you can always find a breeze on one of the porches or inside . I love being close enough to the beach to hear the waves. Casual and comfortable.
