The property is well located, updated and clean. My group had a blast staying at this property and would absolutely recommend that others stay here for their trip to Martha’s Vineyard.

Always wonderful

We have stayed at this property for multiple times and it is a wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to downtown Oak Bluffs and the beach. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you need to feel like you're at home.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home! The location was ideal—just a short walk to Inkwell Beach and Circuit Avenue. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay easy and comfortable. Stacey was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, going out of her way to accommodate our needs. When we couldn’t locate the remote control upon arrival, she made sure we had a replacement right away. We truly appreciated her effort and hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Amazing house with parking. Our family with 4 adult children and some of their friends stayed here. Charming house, has its quirks but they added to the charm of staying in Oak Bluffs, location can’t be beat. Evenings on the porch at big outside table. Stroll to town or Inkwell Beach. House is stocked with everything from cleaning supplies, books, games, puzzles, all kitchen and cooking needs and trays, platters, glass ware, griddle. Outside shower was a hit. Excellent stay!

The Porch and space

We had a great time at MV. The location of the property contributed greatly to our enjoyment. Next the layout of the house allowed for interaction and privacy when needed. The porch is everything... special touch.

Great place!

Best porch on island! Terrifically stocked with everything for meal prep and fun - tons of cool games. Can’t beat the location in OB- close to circuit but quiet with green space around it.

Perfect home for your family vacation!

This home is absolutely perfect for a multi-generational family vacation. The location is amazing- everything in Oak Bluffs is within a few minutes walk away. The home is beautiful, with multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas, everyone can hang out together or have their own space. Our favorite was the enormous table on the porch, set with multiple lanterns and flowers, that could fit everyone together for dinner every night. This home is tastefully decorated and incredibly well stocked with matching dinnerware, any cooking utensil, serving dish, pot or pan that you could every need, plenty of spices, tea, and sundry supplies. There are even extra tea light candles for the lanterns. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are updated and modern. The air conditioners were strong and quiet making meal prep in the kitchen and game night in the dining room a pleasure. There is a large yard on the side of the house and there are plenty of lawn games, such as cornhole and bocce ball, that you can play. The game room is stocked with workout equipment and board games as well as a comfortable couch to watch tv from. The owner shows a real attention to detail when it comes to the small touches that make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The owner was incredibly responsive to any question that we had. We wholeheartedly recommend renting this home.

This property was beyond what I thought it was going to be. Impecable.

We loved the location. Short walk to town, and parking was not an issue. We dined on the front porch and made great use of all the games. ( the park lawn between the streets was perfect for yard games ) The full time neighbors were very nice and helpful. I would bring my own beach chair next time because I prefer just a little more comfort than those provided. Definitely would use this house again for a family vacation!
