Very clean room and laundry was nice and able to do yourself if needed to wash clothes and the a/c worked great

We loved the floor plan, facilities, and location. These were ideal, however, our room faced a parking garage and the sound of horns beeping each time someone locked or unlocked their car door was supremely irritating because it went in through the night. Worse, between our room and the parking garage was the street where eighteen wheelers and box trucks unloaded deliveries for nearby restaurants. Sleep was difficult. Bring ear plugs.

Totally great weekend in Savannah! THE ANN is beautiful! Clean and excellent location! I valeyed my car and just used it when I had to! The car staff was amazing! The only negative was they no longer had access to the neighboring pool! Which ended up fine, I went to Tybee Island! Great place, excellent weekend!

My stay at The Ann Savannah was wonderful! The location was perfect to be able to walk to all the popular local sites, like the riverwalk and city market, and the staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Valet parking (for an additional cost) was worth the price because parking can be tricky to find nearby. I noted a stain on one of my bath towels, but other than that everything else was cleanly. The room itself was extremely spacious and beautiful!

All was good. The property manager could be a bit quicker getting back to you but he did answer all my questions and was friendly. The apppartment is great. Very clean and near many places we wished to visit. Just note that more towels could have been provided. If you are there less than a week you are expected to use the washer and dryer. Would stay there again.

Overall, the stay was great. Staff were very kind and accommodating. However, there are two things that have changed about this hotel that we were expecting or anticipating.First, they no longer have access to a swimming pool. Secondly, at the time that we were staying, they did not have any bikes available for use. I specifically avoided scheduling a bike tour with the expectation that we would be able to use the hotel’s bikes at some point. That was disappointing. If you go with an understanding of both of these things, it would be a place that I would recommend for anyone considering a stay in Savannah.

It was too cold for pool. The weather wasn’t the best, but we made the most of our first time visiting Savannah! We loved the apartment and will definitely plan to come back and stay longer!

Room was cleaned and stocked, with extra towels, etc. The pool is closed which we did not receive notice about prior to our stay.

I would highly recommend this place. It was very clean and everyone was so nice. Location was also perfect. The one and only complaint I would have is the bedroom got really warm not much air conditioning coming in there.

Disappointed that the pool is no longer available. I was told the building the pool was in has been sold and undergoing renovations. I was looking forward to sitting by the pool.
