Romantic Condo in City Center- Wright Square Loft C

This one bedroom condo is at the epicenter of the city in the best possible place for fine dining and touring. If your vision of your Savannah vacation involves walking everywhere then this is perfect!

King bed, updated appliances, extra tall windows overlooking a city square. Ideal home base for a romantic trip where driving is never necessary and museums, shops, restaurants, bars and historic attractions are around every corner. Television and sofa pullout bed in the living room.

This is on the 2nd floor (one flight of stairs) and there is no elevator. This is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs.

We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is two blocks away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $15 flat fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

Guests please be aware:
We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. You will then need to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO.

It was a wonderful place! It is right next to everything we didn't have to drive at all during our stay. My only advice would be to be mindful that you will definitely want someone to wait in the car with hazards on while you load and unload.

Property was A1 I use to live in the historical district and this was definitely on par. Spacious area, clean, AC works great and all the amenities you need,nice and cozy.2 major issues...1. Operating the shower is a task knob does not lock into position and you have to pull on the knob which feels like you are going to snatch it off2. The bed is a brick, I like a firm matress but it needs replacing for sure.

The the location was exceptional Walking distance in all directs to restaurants,squares and River St was heaven sent! Having the parking pass was also great Ps New windows would make the condo truly exceptional!

The Historic District of Savannah has a Preservation law that does not allow historic buildings to replace windows with "new" products or materials. All windows must be wooden frame with single pane glass and no screens. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Instructions were clear and delivered in a timely manner. Parking pass was appreciated. Amenities were all pretty new, except the bed, which is way past needing to be replaced.

This apartment is ideally located in the heart of old town Savannah. Completely modernized apartment was spotless upon arrival and has all the amenities including a washer and dryer and everything else to make your stay memorable including free parking for guests, a huge plus. The management very is easy to reach at any time. I give this property a 5 star rating and would recommend it to family and friends. I will definitely rent again.

We found the apartment extremely conveniently located to many activities and sites. We never had to drive our car anywhere. It was wonderful to have the access to the parking garage. The apartment was nicely decorated, it had a complete kitchen and washer and dryer. It was a secure and safe building. We would definitely say again

5 Days in Savannah

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Within walking distance to the riverfront and to so many of the other shopping and eating places! We will definitely stay here again!

Adorable place to stay right in the heart of Savannah!!!! You get a parking pass and the lot is about a block away. Game changer as it is super expensive and inconvenient to pop in and out of Savannah otherwise!!!The hosts have really thought of everything you would need during your stay!!!Comfy bed and plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows!!!My only tiny complaint is the water pressure, or lack thereof. Maybe it’s just a Savannah thing!!!Overal amazing stay!!!!
