A modern chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with bar seating. Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils—ideal for making anything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners.

Enjoy meals together on the dining table for 6 guests, conveniently positioned between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen island also serves as a casual dining space or morning coffee bar for 4 guests.

Primary Suite: King bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, bright and cozy with a desk and chest of drawers.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with soft linens, smart TV, ample storage, and ceiling fans for added comfort.

En-Suite (Primary): with a double vanity, walk-in glass shower, and modern tile.
Second Bathroom: Full bath with a deep soaking tub, perfect after a beach day.
Both are stocked with towels, hair dryers, and travel-size essentials to start you off.

★ Outdoor/Pool
Your private tropical escape features an in-ground saltwater pool with evening lighting, a mini putting green, and a fully fenced backyard for complete privacy. Enjoy al fresco dining, sunbathing, or just lounging in this serene outdoor oasis. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting.
Pool heated with an additional fee of $30/day, upon request from Nov 1st to April 30th. Pool heated at 86F from 8am to 4pm.

★ Laundry
In-unit washer and dryer available for guest use. Located discreetly within the home for easy mid-trip laundry or post-beach cleanup.

★ Parking
one-car garage is reserved for the owner. 2 spaces available on the driveway.

★ House Rules:
- 7-night minimum stay
- No pets, parties, or smoking
- AC must remain above 70°F and heat below 77°F
- Keep doors/windows closed with HVAC running
- Pool use is at your own risk—children must be supervised at all times.

★Add-on:
Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
