Brand NEW! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort, is located on the South side of the park, with plenty of Parking and outdoor entertaining space. Turn right out of the house and you are at the beach in a couple of minutes... This home has everything you need to make memories on your next beach vacation!
Complimentary use of one (1) Golf Cart.
LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!!
Your entertaining options are endless here! Enjoy the outdoor covered decks and patios, with plenty of seating, a gas grill and gas fire pit. There's even an TV in the outdoor lounge area downstairs. Beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos. Front, main deck is North-facing, so you won't be blazing in the sun during the summer months.
Inside, there is cable TV & smart TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, Washer/Dryer unit in-home, a bathtub in the main bathroom.
4 beds, sleeping 7 people. Maximum 6 adults.
Master Bedroom - 1 King Bed with private en-suite full bathroom
Bedroom 2 - 1 King Bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 Twin over 1 Full bunk bed

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!
*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.
